Went to tend to other things on my Saturday to do list. I got inside and they duped me for $16.99 was opening bid for Oil & Filter change. NOT POSTED $12.99 on 30ft high sign! ISN'T that, " BAIT AND SWITCH?" They count on you not wanting the hassle of going back out to the 45mile an hour Dale Mabry traffic- ----so you grab your Vaseline and stay inside getting off your feet. Don't ask for the wifi-that's another disaster they don't want you to have their wi-fi. sure after they read these previews that'll change. The squeaky wheel gets the oil. Greeted within 5 minutes but she knew nothing about vehicle ( cute club outfit though). She went in to ask someone else about the questions we had , and never came back. Next guy came out about 10-15 minutes later and answered some questions, went in for the owner and never came back. We left. My time is valuable. No other obvious customers with many staff , just standing around having personal conversations. I called before coming all of the way from Orlando.Will buy elsewhere. read more

My mother bought a Lexus here and didn't have any problems with the car. So I decided that I would give it a chance too. I decided to get a 2004 Chevy Trailblazer, which I did understand that mileage and age would be a factor but I didn't mind that. When I went to see the car, none of the lights were on and it was in working condition. I took the car home and it sat overnight. In the morning I went to go to Walmart and noticed that the "Service Engine Soon" light came on. I went to the car place to get an oil change and discovered that the windshield wiper fluid line was busted (no big deal really). However, over a course of a week things kept happening. The Air conditioner conked out a few times. The "check gauges" light came on and my oil light meter kept going up and down and spazzing out for no reason. The next day I went to a mechanic to see if they could read it and fix the problem. They read it with the reader, it came up with one thing wrong, they replaced the small part, and called it a day. They also told me my radiator was cracked and leaking Freon. I go to go home and the "check gauges" light came on AGAIN and this time I smell a terrible smell, and the Air condition stops working completely. I was about 5 minutes from my home (WITH MY KIDS IN THE CAR) and managed to get us home safely. When I got out of the car, I noticed smoke, and it was coming from underneath of my car. That was the last straw, I called the finance company right away about it and told them to come get their car, because the lot was not going to do anything about it besides try to sell me a car that was MORE than this car that I could not afford those payments for. These people sold me a lemon, I got screwed out of a deposit and the money that I put into the car to try and fix it IN THE WEEK I HAD IT. Lesson learned. Never coming back here. Oh, and the financing guy is extremely rude and the way he talks to the customers is terrible. He doesn't care about the customer or the product, he only cares about getting his money and what he can benefit from. read more

I called at 9:02am was answered promptly but when asked about getting an alignment I was told to come on in. I arrive maybe 9:13am and was informed by another person there that the "alignment guy" isn't in until 9:30am. He suggests I wait so I do and then 9:30 rolls along and I ask about how much longer. Then ANOTHER person I'm assuming the owner. He informs me that he will not be here until 10:00am! What a complete waste of time and lack of communication. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!! Nobody greets you just like previous reviews warns..I waited 3 minutes then finally had to ask for assistance also the BMW Alpina that I came to see, not only was it not an Alpina but it has front end damage and was filthy inside and out also like previous reviews stated about this dealership. It's grungy inside dirty stained up ceiling tiles and there was a customer complaining about service on her vehicle. I will definitely not be returning and would recommend that this company start paying attention to detail in this business when now a days people are buying cars online. i am very excited that people see this company for what it is. they are liars and use people which they do not like, to sell the crappy work and service which they offer. their service is not friendly at all. i never went to this company for anything before this day. i just needed a oil change and never took this as though the company was going to rip me off. there first impression was the last impression for me. one time is all it take. the real reason i went to them was because xpress mall was right next to the apartment where i lived. ( i would normally take my vehicle to brandon to the cheverolet place to get my oil change. plus! their service was right on point in taking care of my vehicle. they was customer friendly to all the customers that i could see and here while in brandon. the chevrolet place in brandon took great care of my vehicle.) i never had any trouble with my vehicle while it was in the hands of the chevrolet place in brandon fla. my regrets is i went to the wrong place. i remember standing there at the counter for about 30 minutes or longer before i was even offered service. i would have left sooner but i waited. it was several customers in xpress mall while i was in side. i should had been number two (2) in line. the guy waited on all customers before waiting on me. his excuse was that it was only him here at the present moment. which he lied. there was four other guys at the counter while i was standing there. i stated, sir i just want a oil change. he said we will take good care of you. the guy got my keys and went to the back. it took about 1 1/2 hours for the oil change. when he came back up to the front he had a list of things that he claimed to be wrong with my vehicle. he charged me 150.00 for a oil change. yet the sign stated plan as daylight itself,"oil change $39.00". he claimed to have fix things that i no idid not need fixing. so he gave me a sheet with a list of things he stated was wrong with my vehicle. so i took his list over to brandon the dealership where i normally go to take care of my vehicle. guys there where parts missing from my vehicle that was taken off my vehicle at xpress auto mall. i cried! when i returned over to xpress auto mall to see what they was talking about. the owner got angry. instead of addressing me by my name he started calling me that woman. i asked him many question and he never answer one of them question. not one. i pray that things would change from being like xpress mall. the owner was just as bad as the co -owner. i am praying that businesses like this one be gone. closed! i prayed that the service and the way this company treat others not in their click/race do better. i also learned that the ones that gave them five(5) stars are actually people they know. all people deserve to be treated the same. i am happy to see people give reviews on companies that good are bad. most of all i am praying in jesus name. people good or bad work hard for thier money. read more

I had gotten into a fender bender and went to other auto collision places for a quote. I happened to drive by this place and am so glad I did. There prices beat everyone by almost a thousand, they were 100 percent accurate in the timeframe they told me to fix the car and my car looks great. I highly recommend this place, I have a Volkswagen Atlas and other places gave me a run around since it's a newer vehicle regarding trying to get the parts, this place had no issues. I'm pretty sure they cleaned my interior also which was an added bonus and wasn't expected. Great place! read more

I've been coming here for 3 years and the people who used to run the business were always great and friendly. Whoever these new people are are terrible. I called when my alternator went out and asked how much they would do. They asked for my car information and everything and said 275$. So I had my car towed there. They said it would be fixed the next day. I called the day after the following day because nobody called me and they said my car takes a special alternator and it will be about 500$. I don't know why they would agree to a price after I told them the make and trim of my car if they didn't have all the info that was needed. Or even call me to let me know what was going on. So when I asked why did they agree to a price the mechanic got very rude with me and said I was wasting his time do I want to order the part or not. So I did because I'm busy and needed my car. It took them a week to fix so when it was finished they said my car is ready. I went to pick up my car they said it's 730$!! They said they needed to put a new battery in my car as well but why wouldn't you call me and tell me that from the original price that was agreed on. I could've brought a battery or something the communication is horrible. So we settled on 600$ but when I got in my car the mechanics stole my phone charger!! It was a 25$ charger at this point I was over it but to top all of that off I drive a manual car so everybody knows you leave the car in neutral when you shut it off. These people left it in first gear so when I turned my car on it shot out forward and ran over the parking block which damaged some of the plastic to my car. Worse experiance ever I will never bring my car here again. And it's so sad cause I been bringing these people business for over 3 years. read more

BEWARE! If I could leave a negative star I would!! Watch out for the salesman named Ben!!! This guy is a trick. He will play you for your last dollar. He sold me a $50 level kit for over $400. When the price didn't seem right I asked him for the UPC and make of the level kit. On top of that, he sold me a rear body lift and there was no rear body lift on my truck! The jerkoff stopped responding. To this day the crooks (including the owner) won't itemize my receipt so I know what I paid for what I received. They messed up my truck and stopped returning my calls. That Ben is a bird..watch out for him. I contacted Bladimir by phone in regards to a BMW they had posted on line. He answered my questions, which were quite numerous, quite thoroughly. He sent me a picture of vin tag, which I checked on carfax. The posting was very through ,with lots of pictures, and the car fax verified all the information. We went ahead with the purchase not ever seeing the vehicle. I sent the payment to them and found a transport company for we lived out of state. After the payment had cleared they worked with the transporter and the car arrived very quickly in good condition. The title was mailed by the dealership and happen to arrive on the same day as the car. All of the paperwork checked out and I expect no problems with my local DMV, which is a small miracle in itself. I would buy another car for them without a second thought. Awful experience! When I first went over there they were super fast and nice to sell me the car. After I got there to change my brakes and disks( that I paid 106$) they said it's gonna be 30 mins, me and my friend were waiting more then 2 hours. in that time whenever we asked what is happening they ''didn't know'' and just casualy walked away from me. After that was done we went home( Sarasota). 10 miles before my house we started seeing smoke from the right front tire. They made some mistakes while putting the disk and it was non stop braking. Almost got on fire. Good thing we pulled over immediately. When I called tomorrow morning they said bring the car and we will see. I didn't have how cuz I don't want to get on fire after 5 miles of driving. Then they said I need to pay tow truck to bring it to them. Didn't care about putting my friends and my life in danger. I called an hour later and they still didn't have the keys. I arrived about 45 minutes after that and they were in the process of selling the car to someone else. read more

STAY AWAY! VLADIMIR SELLS PRODUCTS THAT ARE NOT EVEN IN THE STORE! The negative reviews are the truth. I called the dealership and spoke to Vladimir about purchasing a truck, my father informed him that he would be coming from Miami (a 4.5 hour drive from the dealership) to purchase the truck. My father called when he was leaving, when he was 2 hours away, 30 minutes away, to be courteous to let Vladimir know he was en route. When he ARRIVED, after his 4.5 hour drive, Vladimir told him the truck was not at the location and will be there in the morning and suggested to my dad to spend the night nearby and come again in the morning. Then why not say that when he called to let you know he was leaving, or half way there or 30 minutes away? These people are SCAMPS, unprofessional and will waste your time! They will tell you all kinds of things that you want to hear over the phone (discounts, tax exemptions, etc.) and will NOT deliver on their word. My father is now driving 4.5 hours back to Miami, after wasting his time and gas. I'm happy he did not give them any money because many other reviews say they take your money and don't deliver. There are MANY other dealerships that have similar deals, are honest and have professional employees who will treat you with respect. read more

This is not a good place to buy your next vehicle. The customer service is horrible and they are not trustworthy. Customer Service: Terso is the only car salesman there so when he's dealing with you he's constantly on his modile phone and dealing with other walk-in customers. So what should be a 20-30min visit turns into an 1.5 hour wait. My one-on-one time with the person who has indepth knowledge of the car was constantly interrupted leaving me with unanswered questions on the vehicle. Experience: After test driving the vehcile I immediately realized that the brake pedal was sinking all the way to the floor and that the tire were bald. Before buying the car, I asked them to change the brake pads and to also double check the entire braking system which they agreed to do. I also asked them to put brand new tires on the car which he he made me pay for. When I picked up the car I was told the brake pads were changed and that the pedal was no longer sinking to the floor. I jumped into the car and tested the pedal which was still sinking to the ground. After bringing it to their attention he said it will be fine after I start driving. I trusted his "perceived professionalism" and drove off the lot. Two miles down the road the pedal was still soft so I immediately stopped at the nearest mechanic to determine the issue. It was determined by a mechanic that the brake calipers where the issue, an $900 fix. After the fix the car functioned properly. I told Xpress Auto Mall about it and they have no intentions to reimburse me for the fix. On top of all of this I got the vehcile on "E". When I asked for the tank to filled he laughed and told me to bring a receipt back after filling up on fuel. Another thing...I was given a temporary tag and promised a phone call when the hard plates arrived...that phone call never came. When the temporary tags were about to expire I called to find out about the tags. He said they were in the office and that I should come to pick them up. When I get there he says that he made a mistake and that the tags were in fact not there and that they forgot to file the paperwork at the DMV. I am still waiting on those tags. These guys cannot be trusted and they don't deserve your money. They will waste your time and you will spend more money than necessary. You may spend a few dollars more at the dealership but at least you'll have peace of mind. read more

Do not ever buy from this dealer! I bought a 2018 Dodge Journey and there was issues right from the start, the tail lights stop working and they did not replace it. It cost me over $400 to replace. One of the reflectors fell off the back which they said they would replace but never did. Come to find out the car had been in an accident and was hit in the back but of course this was never disclosed. When they did have it to do some work on it they lost one of the center caps from the rim which they said they would replace but never did. When they registered the tag they were to transfer the tag from my old truck but the lady just picked a random tag number and registered it to that tag number which has been a nightmare trying to get it registered. Everyone there will tell you what you want to hear but they never follow through. Go to a real dealership with respectable people to buy your car. read more

I had a very bad experience with these people. Walked in and asked for their #3 Special for $49.99 which included a full synthetic oil change and new filter, I also asked if they could tap off the engine fluids. 11 minutes later they handed me my keys and said they where done! no mechanic or sales rep came to me to discuss my car or offer to show me what they did. When I said that my car had over 210,000 miles on it and I'm sure if probably needs some other things they said no your car is fine. When I asked to look at the work that they had done they said it wasn't necessary, when I insisted on looking before paying them things got very heated very quickly with them calling me several names. When I said I just want my car back they refused to give me my keys. I had to call the Hillsborough County Sherriff's office and have two police officers help me get my keys back. at first i thought this company was ok. they did an oil change for me. i usually go to chevrolet they kept my vehicle running very well, but since express is just next door and i needed an oil change i had one and they did ok. well! they ran an add in the paper for christmas december 2016 for their auto body & collision specialist. my car was in an accident, plus i needed my car so i could get back and forth to the doctor and to work. at the present moment my arm was in a sling and my back was injuried and i really needed my transportation back. i asked the guy first about fixing. nothing to do with any insurance. he claim he would fix it just have it bought over to them and they will take care of it and get back to me. this is the two guys in the front. the tow services towed the car over. my son and i left the key at the desk with my name and number so the guy in the shop can call me back with and estimate of how much it would cost the next day still in december. the guy is not in. now their hours of operation according to the ad is mon-sat-8a-7p. i walked over there. the same two guys in the front of the building act like i am a ghost. i am waiting, and waiting and waiting patiencely to see how much it will cost for him to do the work on my vehicle. the short guy asked me about thirty minutes later can i help you! i said yes! i gave him my name and told him i was here to see the guy about my hhr. remember you sir told me he was going to call me concerning the estimates and how much it would be to fix my car. oh! yes but he is not here, he is gone for today. he left early. i called the next day 813-343-4632, the person pick up and i asked can i speak with the person in the body shop concerning, i am calling concerning the red hhr. this person stated in a very harsh voice like i did something wrong, miss. he is not here. i will have him call you. well, i waited for his call. nothing! so i called my son in texas and had him to call xpress auto mall. i told my son it seem like the men over there do not like waiting on women. this what got me. my son called, he spoke with three different guys. each gave him three different answers. he spoke with the auto body & collision specialist person, "lord help me". he told my son he talked with me on the phone and that the tow service dropped my car off with the keys, he told me that he spoke with my insurance company and told the insurance company that it was going to cost $3700.00 to repair my car. but he never ever spoke with me about price or anything and i never told him insurance had anything to do with my car. i wanted to get my car fixed. at this point after therapy i asked a male friend to go with me over to talk with him. he said sure, mr. dennis walked with me over to express auto mall, where we both walked inside.the same to gentlemen was there. i wasn't feeling well, but i waited. mr. dennis said whats going on? they act as thought they do not see you standing here. he stated this is some strange mess! mr. dennis liked a dodge truck outside , but because of their customer service he said it made him back away. so! he came up to the counter, and the owner asked him can i help you? mr. dennis replied yes! she is the one who been standing here for awhile, she came over to check on her vehicle is the guy in that she need to talk to. he said no he is not let me see. he began looking through business cards as though as if he did nto know who worked in the auto body & collision. an final he gave me a card and say call him he should be in tomorrow. i have had this to go on for well over three months. my son in the marine called back. this time the guy claim we have had this vehicle over here in storage for a while now. we charge $45.00 a day for storage. i have not seen my car since! all i wanted was my car repaired. nothing more or less. i don't steal from anyone. i work hard. this is what it take to start a business. read more
