I ordered a Herman Miller credenza. It was big, packed in a wooden crate and hard to deal with. I had idea how to handle it and hoped the driver/deliver person would help me. The bottom line is he did not need to do so. The driver was kind, professional and extremely helpful. I was looking for the worst experience and got the best experience. I did not choose RXO to deliver the unit. That was Herman Miller. However, any time I hear they are the delivery company, based on this experience, I will be very happy. Thank you RXO. I purchased a new LG dishwasher from Sam's Club, RXO from Hammond, LA delivered and installed it. When it was installed, they pushed "START" and began a 3-hour cycle. They told me I had to let it run, then left. After 3 hours I opened the door and saw that the top drawer was broken (it fell out). I contacted Sam's and they put me in touch with RXO. A week later, nothing has been done. The Hammond RXO woman on the phone was EXTREMELY impolite, interrupted me when I tried to talk and never admitted any fault. She raised her voice and threatened to hang up on me. When Sam's leaned on them, they scheduled a Saturday between 1-6 time without consulting me. My wife and I stayed home, despite it being my daughter's birthday, and they never showed up. Then they emailed me to say that they came but nobody was home. We were, as were our dogs (believe me, we would have known if they had come). DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY FROM RXO. read more

RXO Hammond, LA gave us the worst customer treatment I have ever seen. Our driver came up with reason and reason why he could deliver the driver. We got frustrated but no voices were raised. The driver then stormed out of my house like a child. He marked my washer as refused by owner. Samsung should rethink there use of RXO, especially Southeast Louisiana. Completely floored the way I have been treated by the driver and the customer service. Unprofessional business at the Hammonf Louisiana facility that could careless about the final customer. read more

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. My Samsung delivery was initially scheduled for June 17, 2025. The RXO team that came that day just dropped the 6 appliances I ordered boxed up in the middle of my living room and did not haul away or install any of the appliances (even though I paid for these services when ordering with Samsung). After calling both Samsung & RXO they said there was a miscommunication and that RXO would send another team out the next day (another day I had to take off work) to haul away the old appliances and install the new ones. The RXO team that arrived on June 18th didn't have all the tools or know how to haul away and install the appliances. I had to call a contractor that had been helping with bathroom remodels to send labor over and tools, because the RXO team was unable to complete almost any of the haul aways or installs, on their own. I asked one of the RXO guys if all their jobs were this difficult or if mine was a special case and he said "I don't know I don't usually install appliances". With my own supplied labor and tools they managed to get some of the appliances installed - BUT only half disconnected the dishwasher and left an active emergency leak under my sink. They left with the active drip still occurring. I had to wake up every 1.5 hour last night to dump a bucket of water out from my sink so my entire kitchen wouldn't flood. Then when I went to use the washer the "installed" this morning there was water gushing from the connection valves that flooded my laundry room. So now 2 emergency plumbing issues from the "installations" they were supposed to do. When I called RXO they refused to let me speak to the local team here in Louisiana and said to call a plumber. I asked for a way to submit a claim for reimbursement for the out of pocket money I will incur and was not provided anything. I called Samsung and they pass the buck to RXO saying it's on them for the installation and haul away services. I call RXO and they say to call Samsung. TERRIBLE experience, TERRIBLE customer service from BOTH companies. I will be collecting all of my recipes and submitting them to Samsung and RXO and contacting the Better Business Bureau on both of them. NEVER do business with Samsung or RXO...you will end up with issues you didn't have before and they are ZERO help when something goes wrong. read more

Great experience. We ordered a sofa from Ikea. We had good communication about delivery status. The driver had his helper call out, so he had the day of deliveries alone. We were his last stop. He was professional and cheerful. Super nice guy. Said he was working all he could to raise money since he was expecting a baby girl, soon. Definitely a keeper. read more

I ordered a generator from Amazon for my parents because they are old and because last year, an ice storm had them without heat or electricity for six days straight. Amazon hired XPO Last Mile to deliver it. They missed the first delivery and said no one was home. It's not true. There were people home. They scheduled the second delivery for two weeks later. Two weeks? Why? Then they missed the second delivery and said no one was home, but there were people home that time, too. The driver was supposed to call 30 minutes before arrival each time but he he never called. Nor did he knock on the door. We are sure he just didn't show up. He just decided to go home and he played it off as if no one was home. Ok, I get it. My parents live a little out in the country and maybe there and back would extend the guys route another hour or so. But that's no reason to just skip it, when people are sitting there waiting for their delivery. We called the office and complained about the first two missed deliveries, so they scheduled it again, this time for a week later. The woman assured us that the driver would come. She assured us that he would call 30 minutes before he arrives. And she assured us that he would knock and wait for someone to come to the door. On the day of the third scheduled attempt, we put a large note on the door which said, "We are home. If you knock, we will come. If we don't, call this number." (and we wrote a phone number so he could call us inside). We got a text message early in the morning that said, "Your delivery will be today between 3pm and 6pm." At around 11am, my sister came over. She walked inside and asked us what that big box was on the carport. It was the generator. The driver finally showed up, four hours early, he didn't call 30 minutes before, and he didn't knock; he just dropped it off and ran, without getting a signature or even saying a word. Purchased gas stove from Sam's and RXO was sent to setup and deliver. First group came on a Friday, took old stove away and installed new stove. Gas leaK on first use. Fire department called. Another technician came out Monday only to say he wasn't qualified to connect gas stove. Why are these people in business. No way to contact local facility. Stove still not connected. read more

My delivery driver arrived early, was very polite & professional, & assembled my bed well. The only reason for the 4 stars is he was not wearing a mask as I was. Being in the high risk age group I wear mine to protect myself & others & social distance. The delivery of my washer & dryer by this company in Nov had the same issue with no masks with different delivery drivers. I had to ask them to put them on. We are in a pandemic & need to have masks in place for all deliveries. read more
