Literally such a nice guy met me at the time super patient . We have no experience. He waited for us to change and we discussed multiple times the plan , we encoded to go with 2 jet skis vs 1 . 3 people in total . We got there at 2 didn't get on until 3 bc being indecisive . He was so patient . We ever got lost and went a little over our time and he was still nice about it . Best first experience best quarantine birthday . Really great professional experience. We had such an amazing time on Lake Travis thanks to Willo and Float On. Everything about the…read moreexperience was extremely streamlined from booking to filling out waivers to navigating to the marina. Willo gave superb instructions on operating and piloting the boat including an overview of relevant customs and laws while out on the water. Our group had six adults and one 2-year old and they had plenty of water safety devices for all ages. On a side note, it was wonderful to see how genuinely excited Willo was about Lake Travis once again having a healthy water level after several dry years. In terms of our experience on the lake, we got excellent advice on where to travel based on our team's interests and after following his directions it felt like we had arrived on our own private lake. We probably only saw a handful of other boats during our 3-hour excursion and that was only in passing. The boat came with a Garmin GPS that made it really easy to retrace our steps. For those wondering, there was excellent cell phone service out on the lake and we were able to use our phone GPS, make calls, and stream music. The boat had some nice integrated speakers with Bluetooth connectivity and we were able to jam out to our own tunes. There was also a cool flotation device attached to the back of the boat called the Aqua Lily Pad which we unrolled after anchoring, we had multiple adults laying on it without sinking into the lake. Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience and we would highly recommend booking with Float On.

Wave Ride'n Rentals has brand new equipment, and they also don't have a specific location so they have several lakes they can drop off your rental at (they meet you there). You can do everything over text message so you don't have to call if you don't want. Just text the number showing on their Yelp page there. As for the waverunner experience itself, it's fun and easy. You can go really fast. You have to stay 50 feet away from other boats etc. The Wave Ride'n Rentals person that dropped off your waverunner will wait for you to finish your session and then you just take it back to the dock and he picks you up. He walks you through it so it's not hard. The only thing I would recommend is, if you go to a big lake, before you drive off in the waverunner, tell Siri to save your location (or take a screenshot). That way you can figure out how to get back if you get a bit lost! Oh also, they provide life vests and all that so all you have to bring is yourself and whoever is riding with you, some sunglasses, and your phone. We never fell in but they acted like that is a possibility, so maybe wear swim trunks etc. Have fun! Highly recommend this business. Great experience!

I reserved paid in full, then got a message about the jet skis being out of commission due to an accident from the party before me- less than 2 hours before my rental (easter weekend). I did not get upset like accidents happen i get that. The driver said management would be in touch to confirm refund. I sent the screen shot to the email and asked to confirm refund. Called the number on the website- not in use anymore. Called and left the message with the number on the receipt- left message saturday, sunday and monday- called tuesday just didnt leave a message. I also texted and texted the driver to help get in contact with management. Its crazy that i still have yet to hear back and there wasnt even apology for the inconvenience of the holiday weekend having to be completely hail maryed to entertain my kids. im still wating on management and a refund confirmation.

The EvoJets go up to 45mph and maneuver with ease. You'll never want to go on a regular jet ski again. WaveX works on Lake Austin, Lake Travis, and Lake Buchanan. We went here on a dinner cruise for work. We had to reserve what we wanted to eat for dinner. We…read moreboarded close to 645 PM. We were able to go to one room, mingle and go to the bar to obtain drinks. It was an unlimited bar, which was a scary but good thing. I had a glass of Merlot wine. Once everyone arrived, we were told to find a place to sit down for our initial course which is a salad. Then they would come out and get our drinks as we needed them. It's a nice cruise because you're moving on the water, and have the opportunity to go out and stand on the deck while moving. They brought our entrees quickly. I had the crusted salmon which was amazing. We had dessert which was How cheesecake, it was amazing. All of the food was very delicious. The wine was good as well. Towards the last 30-45 minutes, we were able to go to the top of the deck for some relaxation to music from the DJ. It allowed people to loosen up and dance and have a nice time. This was a great experience. It's only 2 hours long. This is a great venue for an event. There is a parking lot near the dock or a parking garage a few blocks down toward the east by the aquarium. I was there for a funeral event to celebrate the passing of a wonderful person. They had all the memorabilia for the deceased and, as sad as it was, it was a wonderful tribute and a great place to hold the tribute. The boat has 3 full decks for the people coming to any event. 2 of the decks were inside and the upper deck is open-air. There were plenty of tables and seating on each deck. This even had displays on the bottom 2 decks and a food presentation on the middle deck. The staff was wonderful and the boat is very nice. They did a wonderful job for this event and I am thankful for that. I am certain that this is a great place to hold that event that you want to celebrate in a unique way that people will remember forever.
