Go before noon or later at night if you really want To enjoy Yourself. Kids can't go after 7pm. They provide you with cold water bottles and there's a vending machine if you want anything else. They sell masks and new goggles for $20, but we brought bandanas with us there. You can use their goggles and helmet. You will absolutely get dirty so don't wear anything u care about or don't want to lose. It was my first time doing this, we got a quick lesson and were off to the bumps in the road and mud. I'm not gonna lie this was the worsg experience I ever had. they gave me a damaged bike that threw me off and now I'm left with scars and a fractured arm. once we got bavk to the site, mind u it was only 15 minutes into the ride ee found another bike had a flat tire. the one my friend was riding as well! we started to notice all the red flags including the fact that there was no first aid kit!! they said "sorry we don't have one right now" then the manager walked away to sit on a table with ppl who apparently didint work there like his girlfriend and completly ignored us while we were asking for help. the worst part is they refused to refund us or allow us to speak to some higher up! I booked the ATV & Jet Ski Combo Tour with Xplor Miami on 7/12/26, and while the ATV portion was fun, the overall experience was extremely frustrating due to poor communication and unprofessional customer service. The biggest issue started with the lack of instructions. The confirmation only provided the ATV location, so that's where we went. Upon arrival, we learned that the ATVs and jet skis operate from two different locations and that we were actually supposed to do the jet skis first. This was never communicated to us. Thankfully, the ATV staff accommodated us, and we ended up having a great time on that portion of the tour. After the ATV ride, we were given a time and location for the jet skis. We drove there and waited, only to find that nobody was there. When I called, Monica informed me that there was a problem with the boat and that the jet ski excursion had been canceled. I immediately requested a refund for the canceled portion of the tour. Monica told me she could not process it because the finance team was gone for the day and that it would be handled on Monday, 7/13. I asked for contact information for the finance team and was refused. I then asked for an email or any written confirmation stating that the jet ski tour had been canceled on their end and that a refund would be processed. That request was also refused. Instead, I was told I would receive an email once the refund was submitted. What made the situation worse was Monica's attitude. She was rude, dismissive, and short with me when I expressed concern about having no written documentation of the cancellation or refund process. Given her unwillingness to provide any confirmation, I felt compelled to record the call in case I eventually needed to pursue the matter through small claims court. As of 7/22/26, I still have not received my refund, nor have I received the email I was promised. Mistakes and cancellations happen, but a company's response afterward matters. Unfortunately, the poor communication, lack of accountability, and failure to follow through have left me very disappointed with this experience. They sold us $70 airboat tickets. Once we got to the location, the people running the airboats said they no longer accept tickets from Xplor, they've had too many issues with them. Xplor continues to sell airboat tickets but we had to buy new ones anyways. They scam you for the airboat rides! read more

They will not respond to phone calls or texts once they have your money. They took out money, we arrived on time and they never showed up.

On April 22, 2023, I booked an excursion for my husband's birthday, it was ATV Riding. I purchased my tickets over the phone and the Customer Service Team was very helpful and the person who helped me went out of his way by emailing me the link to be able to print up my booking tickets with Viator. The link was: https://www.viator.com/account/bookings which allowed me to print my tickets, read there guide as far as how to cancel, make changes, tour specifics and there meeting and pick up point. This email guide also provided you with a number to call if any questions (+786-661-5785) and I had the pleasure speaking with Mr. Carlos. I asked a few questions like reconfirming our meeting point which was (12100 SW 177th Avenue. Miami, Florida 33196). I called Mr. Carlos a week before & I called him the day of the excursion. The ride to the meeting point was an hour away from our home which was not an issue because my husband and I love road trips. This was a surprise for my husband which he had no clue what we were doing for his birthday. The only thing he knew was that we had to dress like we were going to the gym. My husband is very adventurous, and these are one of the things he likes to do. We met up with Mr. Freddie and he took us to the road where we were going to enjoy the ATV tour. I requested red because that is my husband's favorite color and mine also. Our tour guide Freddie was very attentive getting us ready to enjoy our tour. What I did not like was the following. (1) I was not told we had to fill out a waiver online and pay a $50.00 fee each person. I did not have a problem with the waiver had Mr. Carlos told me when I originally called. I also did not know I had to pay $100.00 for any damages that may occur while riding the ATV bikes. I was annoyed at the fact that I wished they would have told me prior to showing up to allow me to be ready. It would have been less stressful had I known to carry the correct amount of cash on me. (2) I was disappointed on how quickly he went through the safety requirements because we were running behind schedule for our tour. The only thing that I was told by Mr. Carlos was to make sure I wore clothes like going to the gym. It was a 45-minute tour that hubby did enjoy after we endured these little setbacks when we arrived. I do recommend that when someone does call, please give them enough information so the customer does not waste time on their tour. I felt rushed while downloading the waiver onto my cell phone and taking a picture of my driver's license and attaching it. The first few times it did not go through time was ticking and my tour was less than 45 minutes. When all was said and done, we did have a great time, but I feel more information needs to be given to the tourists and customers that do not know what to expect. When doing an ATV excursion, you will come out so DIRTY that you will need a towel to be able to sit in your car. Please be prepared when you do take part in an event like this one. You will need fitted windproof polarized gargles. A hanky or face mask that will cover nose & mouth. I strongly suggest going ATV Riding in jeans and a long sweatproof long sleeve shirt UV protecting. You will need sunblock and carry your backpack with a towel, wet rag with soap and a water bottle. You will come out covered in dirt head to toe! It was an experience that my husband and I will never forget. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the ATV riding and wanted to enjoy the hype, but people need to know the truth of how dirty you will come out. This tour is not for people that suffer from severe allergies. Once you make it to your destination weather its going back home to your residence or hotel, a HOT/COLD shower from Head to Toe will be needed. My rule is CARING IS SHARING!!! Highly Recommend using XPLORE for your ATV adventure while in Miami. We scheduled a 6p tour and made the mistake of not factoring in rush hour traffic which placed us in jeopardy of missing our time slot by 30 minutes, but we called and explained the situation and they assured us as long as we got there by 7 we could still ride. So we had our own little private evening ride. They were so upbeat, friendly, excited to take us out. The landscape was peaceful and the Sunset as we were riding was AMAZING! Great tour for beginners because their aren't steep hills. VERY Dusty though, we looked like we had been through a sand storm when we got back. They offer safety helmets but just for the head (not like a motorcycle helmet with a face mask) so I urge wearing goggles and maybe even a bandana to block some of the dust. Also to reiterate, its about a 45 minute drive without traffic from Miami Beach which is where we stayed, but we left at 4p during rush hour traffic and didn't get there until 6:30 so be mindful of the traffic when you choose your timeslot however they were very accommodating. They do not offer pick up (strangely, I checked out several and none of them do except for 1 but the reviews for that one weren't great so we went with Xplore.
