Stay away from these people, sold me 2 iPhone XR's and both of them have become blacklisted. The first one took less than a day. The second phone a month later. We keep getting the run around. Save the headache and just buy the phone from an authorized store. read more

They asked Roger multiple times if his diabetic machine would work, Roger insisted that it would. We told him everything and it felt like it was a "I didn't do it so it's not my problem" situation and basically told us there was nothing he could do we had to come back at 1 to speak with a manager or go next door. Basically handing our problems to another location instead of trying to have patience and help us. If this happened while I was here with my elderly dad image if my dad went alone? He definitely wouldn't have even probably had a chance to explain. Well we went next door and honestly I was happy we did. The vibe and customer service at the other location was THE Best!! They were welcoming patient went out of their way to help us find a solution (WHICH THEY DID!!) and very kind with me and my father. I'll never be coming back to this store and advise my family and friends to also avoid this location.

The staff are super friendly and welcoming, shout-out to Bryan (the general manager?) and the official judge for the event. Plus I had a great conversation with him and Michael(?) about MTG; they're definitely very passionate about board & card games. They have anti-scalping policies in place for Pokemon. As for the space itself, decent amount of parking (more in the back). They're very popular for Warhammer, so there's a ton of product for those who play, and several tables set-up with many people playing all afternoon next to us (the 'playing hall' is pretty large!). They also have an aisle with board games for sale, and a counter with TCG products. Restrooms are spacious and clean. All in all, The Forge is pretty much all you can ask for in a LGS; they're also independently owned! I wish I live closer, but I'll definitely be here again soon!

The store was busy and had 3 customers ahead of me, but the Representative SK took time from his customer to greet me and let me know that he would take care of me when he helped his customer. I was pleased with his friendly and positive attitude. He help resolve 2 out of 3 concerns and referred me to 611 for the third concern. Which was resolved by another excellent Representative named Ana . She was also friendly and knowledgeable. It is only because of employees like SK and Ana that I didn't cancel my service with AT&T. I have been very disappointed with my service for the last 6 months but their resolution of my concerns changed my mind. They are an asset to AT&T. prepaid team Thanks! read more

The best store today I was trying to switch from cricket to verizon and I went to 5 different stores and everyone was trying to overcharge me I went to the store on Yale st and the guy was charging me 600$ for two iPhone 11s and I came over here the rep name Sk only charged me 400 $ for 2 iPhone 11s.
