Mona the store manager was so friendly and helpful, as was Kevin who was the one helping me to get everything fixed. He paid $60 as a down payment and when finally he got upset at them, he told them to give him a refund and his iPad back. The manager said the contracted out those services to another man and they could not find him. But husband told them that they were responsible for his iPad and they denied it.
