From my experience, I recommend to never stop by here and this is why…read more I have an Acer ROG Gaming laptop, I had taken it into geek squad to get a repair on my battery. In the process of them fixing said battery, they broke my screen and said they wouldn't get back into it. So I thought bringing it here seeing the good reviews it had would be my best bet, sadly enough it ended up being nightmarish. I first told them what my issue was and the things Geek Squad had done to fix it. However, they did not seem to care for the information at all, they had just disregarded it and had forgotten all about it. The part they needed to fix my screen wasn't in shop, so they had to order it. Which I can understand, yet; they said it'd be there in 2 weeks. I called regularly and it hadn't come in for a whole month. In the end, they didn't even call to let me know when it was ready. And they didn't even fix it! They just waited for my call to tell me for the past month they wasted my time. (Not literally lol) I opened it up to see for myself what repairs they tried to do, all my screws were missing, and the cable they bought to try and fix my screen was too short to even reach the connector inside the computer. My computer was working prior to me bringing it there, it was just my screen, and they managed to make it into a paperweight, it wouldn't work completely. I brought it back in, and they used all the wrong screws, so my laptop has a lot of screw dents on the chassis. They managed to get it back in working order BUT as of the time of this review, my WiFi adapter chip is entirely MISSING. In summary: I brought a working, nice condition laptop into this place. They waste my time for over a month and not call me to say when I could pick up the thing; and on top of that, they entirely trashed both the inside and outside. And upon bringing it back a second time, they managed to break even more! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. For the price of free, my $2000 gaming laptop is reduced down to its basic components. Tread carefully yelpers! :(

My parents went in to switch from Boost. They wanted an apple phone. The lady there said they don't…read morework with apple. My father told me he switched I asked if he got the promotion that was an apple SE free when you switch he said the lady doe not work with iphone. My father went back to store showed the online promotion and the lady said it has expired and Metro has not taken it off the web site. I called Metro and they said the promotion is current. I went to another to verify the promotion and it was current. Turned out that the store I visited the manager also runs the Metro store that my father was lied to about the promotion. I was told the I would be getting a call from the manager a week later and nothing. I'm going to call Metro for a refund do I can return back to Boost
