But it's okay because I went to a shop right down the street and was met with much better service, a beautiful tattoo, and they had an ID scanner there to check every ID that comes in. She wanted a cartilage piercing and I was going to change jewelry in 8 piercings I have. I was going to get all solid gold so I was planning on spending at least, and most likely over $1000. The woman in the front was very kind and descriptive explaining the jewelry types to my sister and I but when she went to ask the piercer a question he was rude to her and basically brushed her off asking why she would need to ask another question. He then came out and was rude to me answering the question. He literally went on a rant about how my nose piercing couldn't accommodate a hoop. I've had a hoop before, but I understood where he was coming from as my nostril is pierced very high. For some reason, even though I said right away I'd be fine without ones he went on and on in a rushing and rude way about why it wouldn't work and then rushed back to the back room. I didn't get his name unfortunately. My sister and I ended up leaving because she didn't want that man piercing her and I didn't want to give so much money to and a large tip to someone so rude and dismissive of his customers and coworkers. Thanks again to the woman in the front for having such great customer service, but I will never return to this shop.

But since this was a recommendation from a trustworthy friend, I went ahead . My friend made an appt at 3:30pm 11/27 with Joey to get our piercing done , we came in and was greeted by the receptionist; she was nice and asked for the usual ID and sign some consent form. . I initially wanted the snake eyes piercing at the tip of my tongue, but Joey straight up told me that he doesn't do that here, due to lots of complications in the future with peoples teeth, gums etc. He also said even though there were customers that had told him to just pierce it because it's what THEY want; it doesn't make him feel good knowing What can/May happen... which I totally respect. I came in there not wanting to know the downside of getting that piercing but Joey had told me all that I needed to know, and the last thing I want down the line as I age is getting a chip tooth while talking or whatever (my worse nitemare!). Anyways, I ended up getting my tongue re-open/pierced since it had been closed for 5+ years , a change in my tragus earring which was super long; and my cartilage earring change . He was able to make the earrings fit PERFECTLY so it's not poking/sticking out . I love the fact that he can customized the piercing (earrings) to your liking, and will also give opinion. You can tell that he truly cares for his customer and just the way his personality is is just awesome ! All the instruments are sterilize and the room was super clean ! I will definitely be going here for all my future piercing ! Highly recommended !

Entire lobby smelled of cigarette smoke and people were vaping inside the building. I got my tongue pierced, they took me upstairs, where everything is visibly dirty. In the room they set me up in, their was needles on the ground. And as there was a needle in my tongue, a two year old came running through the door. And no one grabbed her, just was like "oh do you want to watch?". My piercing healed fine but overall very unhygienic, uncomfortable, and unsafe. Their was a two year old running in and out of rooms, as their was needles next to my feet on the floor. That's all you really need to know to make a decision. (Don't be stupid, choose a better place;)
