She told me that she heard good things about Sacred Addition. I gave them a call to see if they would even be able to do it this week. I spoke to Anthony and he asked me to email him a picture of what I wanted. We stopped by later that day to speak with him. He said he would come in Friday (his day off) to do it before I went back home. I came in Friday for my appointment. We got started on the tattoo and it was immediately way too painful for me. 15 minutes in, I told him I probably would only be able to do the outline. He wasn't pissed (like I would expect someone to be if they came in on their day off to do a tattoo) and told me he was almost done with the outline then we could take a break and then start the shading, which was much easier that the outline. I said okay. He was right. The shading was much easier than the outline. There were a few other points during the 2.5 hours that I was ready to give up. Anthony was like a motivational speaker. He encouraged me to finish it, but in a nice way. The owner (didnt catch his name) was drawing something near where I was getting tattooed and also encouraged me to finish it before I went back to California the next day. He said, "you don't want to be walking down Venice Beach with an unfinished tattoo." I told him I live in San Francisco and likely wouldn't be at Venice Beach anytime soon. But his encouragement was still nice. It's been a week since Anthony did my tattoo, and it looks amazing. I'm so so happy with it. Thank you, Anthont!

But since this was a recommendation from a trustworthy friend, I went ahead . My friend made an appt at 3:30pm 11/27 with Joey to get our piercing done , we came in and was greeted by the receptionist; she was nice and asked for the usual ID and sign some consent form. . I initially wanted the snake eyes piercing at the tip of my tongue, but Joey straight up told me that he doesn't do that here, due to lots of complications in the future with peoples teeth, gums etc. He also said even though there were customers that had told him to just pierce it because it's what THEY want; it doesn't make him feel good knowing What can/May happen... which I totally respect. I came in there not wanting to know the downside of getting that piercing but Joey had told me all that I needed to know, and the last thing I want down the line as I age is getting a chip tooth while talking or whatever (my worse nitemare!). Anyways, I ended up getting my tongue re-open/pierced since it had been closed for 5+ years , a change in my tragus earring which was super long; and my cartilage earring change . He was able to make the earrings fit PERFECTLY so it's not poking/sticking out . I love the fact that he can customized the piercing (earrings) to your liking, and will also give opinion. You can tell that he truly cares for his customer and just the way his personality is is just awesome ! All the instruments are sterilize and the room was super clean ! I will definitely be going here for all my future piercing ! Highly recommended !

I was super stoked to see that he was tattooing locally right where I was working. I sent Joe and message on IG and told him I was interested in getting my leg sleeve filled in with lots of color and small tattoos. He was super kind, responded and told me to swing by the shop for a consult and some photos of the leg that evening. I was stoked to have him take a second out of his day to meet with me. Consult went great and he was cool as heck which was awesome. My schedule is super hectic and I travel a lot and I'm not a resident so I was worried he would be upset - total opposite. Dude pulled out a planner and started throwing all sorts of times and days out there "Wednesday at 640pm? Saturday at 10am? What works?" I laughed because that's how my schedule literally works we ended up getting a few sessions in and knocked out the rest of my leg!
