They share the store with a smoke shop, they're in the back end of the store. You can walk around to the back to enter because a lot of times the front door is locked and they may not see you from the back. When I arrived, I explained that I've had laser treatments and barely have any hair left -- for example, just a few strands on my underarms. Despite that, she treated it like a full session and still charged me the full price, even though there was very little to remove. The experience itself was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. She asked me to undress right in front of her while she just stood and watched, offering no robe or towel for privacy or comfort. She also did not wear gloves, even for intimate areas, which is completely unhygienic and unacceptable. The room conditions were also unsanitary -- she was double-dipping the wax stick into the pot and using a sticky wax instead of hard wax, which made the process more painful than it needed to be. Throughout the session, she kept asking personal questions, adding to the discomfort. When it came time to pay, she suddenly raised the price to $190, claiming the Brazilian wasn't included -- even though I had confirmed it beforehand. She only offered a $10 first-time customer discount, which felt unfair given the misinformation and poor service. Overall, this was one of the most uncomfortable, unprofessional, and unhygienic salon experiences I've ever had. I do not recommend this place at all.
