Top 3 hot yoga studios I've been to in the WORLD! I traveled for my job for years and try hot yoga…read morestudios in every city. This studios staff is knowledgeable, kind, inspiring and patient. The studio is clean, welcoming and consistent. Students range from Bikram masters to gym baddies to "never set foot in a studio or gym" and everyone is embraced and encouraged. I am used to a gym setting where the instructor has favorites, the woman are cold and judgmental and the men are creepy.... Well this studio shocked me! It is like walking into your favorite group of people. If you prefer to be focused and quiet - done! If you need some chattiness - done! I couldn't love this studio anymore and look forward to class every time.

A friend of mine invited me to a hot pilates class here, and I went without truly understanding…read morewhat I was even getting into. When she said "bring a towel" I literally brought a hand towel not one the size of my mat. The class was by Emily that day who is a hilariously hardcore comedian, I mean - teacher - who is incredibly motivating and fun - and she will call you on your stuff but also motivate you to no end. The next 3 days I had to hold onto both sides of the wall to pee. I was soooo sore! I knew I had to go again... and again... and again... In September 2024 a friend of mine took a picture of me at the beach and everyone thought I was pregnant. Following my first concussion I gained weight to about 136lbs (I'd always been 115lbs before this) and it seemed really uphill for me to get a handle on everything. I started working out at home because I was too embarrassed to wear workout clothes in front of anyone. Then I went to the gym almost every day and I got down to 128lbs. But I could not seem to cut anymore weight off. I just felt stuck and I didn't look or feel the way I wanted to yet. When I went to this studio in November, that was it for me. I got the intro membership which is a ridiculously good deal at $30 for 20 days of unlimited classes (drop ins are $15 to put it in perspective!). I tried all the classes I could in that amount of time, coming every single day and I was hooked. There is not a single class I haven't liked or an instructor I haven't enjoyed. I literally look forward to every class, seeing the people (both instructors and attendees) and its become an integral part of me. Now when I take vacation or travel, I'm actually super bummed because I am going to miss classes! Coming regularly has made me feel like I have another family here, a community that wants what is best for me and a true judgement free zone that's encouraging, motivating and fun. I feel so much better about myself in more ways than just the physical. I can be encouraged looking around the room at the beautiful people who come here and look and workout in amazing ways that I just want to be able to keep up with their vibe and sometimes I feel like I'm finally that for others in the room too. No matter your goals, you will find a place for your body, mind and spirit here that just feels at home, welcomed and good enough every single day. Plus, you'll laugh. And that's really good medicine. There's lots of parking - they have their own app which is Sandpoint Hot Yoga where you can register for classes and get in ahead of time (heavily recommended! Especially for the hot pilates classes). There two changing rooms for men and women, showers in both and a bathroom you can use plus plenty of storage if you bring a yoga bag or take off your shoes. They also have water available, you can buy or rent mats and towels and there's plenty of weights, blocks, blankets, straps, pillows or whatever you need for everyone to use for any adjustments you require. The big room has a very strong heater that works well, they don't pile you on top of one another and there's two ceiling fans in the room with dimming lights and two walls that are all mirrors so you can make adjustments to your positions by self observation. PS - Support the 6:30am classes by attending so they keep them forever and in all the seasons on all the weekdays...

I did two solo sessions with Tiana, and I have gone multiple times almost every week since then. It has been a huge help for me. I've built a much better mind-body connection, a solid Pilates foundation, and some toned-up muscle. Every class, Tiana makes sure that everyone in attendance feels empowered to move their bodies regardless of their experience level. The classes are welcoming, educational, and get you feeling great in your body. I'm moving out of state soon and doubt I'll be able to find a Pilates studio, instructor, or community as welcoming and empowering as this one. If you're wondering if this is the place for you, give it a go. You'll love it.

We found convenient street parking. Don't let the location dissuade you from giving this studio a try. I've been doing Pilates reformer classes weekly for the past 15 years. I was delighted to find Pilates Ritual so much so that I came back the next day for a second class. Love, love, love the vibe of this beautiful, clean, and aesthetically calming studio. Every detail is attended to. It looks and feels like an upscale spa with well stocked refreshments of quality coffees and teas. The equipment is brand spanking new and meticulously cared for. Now, the best part of it all is the owner/Pilates instructor, Tiana. She is one of the most gifted and enthusiastic instructors I've met. Her instructions, cuing, and suggestions are some of the best I've experienced over the years. She has a keen ability of reading her clients' bodies and masterfully facilitating a flow that feels customized to address their skill level and anything they might be working on. Her group class felt like a private class. The time flew by quickly. And, Tiana is just a very nice person. If I lived in Spokane full-time, Pilates Ritual would be my home studio.

They take feedback and are happy to supplement/design classes to meet your requests if you let them know what you want to work on/if you have an injury/etc. I've only done group classes but Studio B offers private sessions and has a sauna as well. The facility is nice. There are two bathrooms both with showers, a typical "studio" room with wooden floors, mirrors, and a barre, a large "gym" area where the weights and bikes are used, and a couple of private rooms. They offer free tours so you can check it out. They keep the outside and the inside well maintained. I've always been really self conscious about working out around others and therefore avoided group classes (and the gym in general). But for 2020 I decided to be brave and give Studio B a try. I started out doing just yoga and Pilates my first couple months but have now also tried cycling, TRX, weight training, and circuit classes. I've enjoyed all of them. All of the other patrons are really friendly and encouraging and that has made a big difference to me. I look forward to seeing the people who regularly attend the same classes as me. I've been going to Studio B regularly for about 6 months and am in the best shape I've personally ever been in. My mental health, energy, and of course strength/endurance/etc. have all improved. I went from anxiously and with some dread attending my first several classes to truly enjoying working out. And I also reeeeally enjoy going to the bakery right across the street after a morning class. What can I say, just trying to live my best life! I do wish Studio B offered more hot yoga classes, and that the yoga classes in general were more meditative/spiritually based. I just think when yoga is treated primarily as a means of fitness, you miss out on most of its value. All the other classes are available if you just want the fitness aspect. At first I balked at the price of classes at Studio B and that memberships are a revolving 3 month commitment but, the latter I just got over and the former actually isn't so bad. If you do a 13 classes a month membership, that's $7.62/class is which less than 2 16 oz frappe mochas plus tip. If I'll happily pay that for 2 days of coffee, I can pay it for a fitness class. Right now I have the unlimited membership and am doing about 24 classes a month, which comes out to $4.95/class. That's reeeally affordable (please don't raise your rates because of this haha). If you don't want to do a membership, they also offer punch passes. Studio B has an intro offer for Libby residents of one week of unlimited classes for $20. It's a great way to try out different classes, see what you like, and get to know the studio.
