Trying to lower bill . Went to 1gig internet and was given two new boxes.... Disconnects every other day..... POS

I have my 90 year old mother here to resolve issues with loss of her cable service. We have been sitting in the store for 30 min and have yet to be seen. She has tried to resolve the issue over the phone but the automated service is not at all user friendly. They also have an express payment system in the store that older customers are not able to easily use. Very disappointing! read more

This place is a joke. They're a phone store and yet they can't answer their own phone! God forbid you go in there without the "head of the account." If you have an Iphone and bring it here, they will likely just send you to the apple store. Not very good account mgmt either- there have been three separate instances where I've had a problem with someone who wasn't supposed to having access to my account which they accessed through the store. read more

Poor service. They can't answer questions. their automated phone system is a black hole meant to keep you at bay. Thank heavens we now have other options that are cheaper and more customer friendly. read more

Jordan, the customer representative that has more patience than a monk, is the only reason this place/institution gets five stars. He was the redeeming light with two full hours of hoops to jump through. He showed up on time for work. He was very pleasant for the task set before him. And the only reason we did not turn around and walk out. Hopefully Jordan sees this and knows he is appreciated. Hopefully someone higher up sees this and gives that man a raise! read more

Overall review for Xfinity services. Not worth the $200 you pay every month as the internet goes out once a week for 30 minutes. (There are never any outages in the area) No one is helpful. I am unfortunately stuck with Xfinity for the time being as it is the only provider in my current area. When I move, one of the things I will be making sure is that I don't get stuck with Xfinity services again as it's the worst. If you have an option, DON'T go with Xfinity. read more

When I signed up for Comcast there was a promotion going on for 89.99 a month triple play with NO HIDDEN TAXES AND FEES as advertised. The sales rep also told me the first month would be free which was also a lie. Since then every month I've had to pay 140 a month... that's 50 dollars a month extra for hidden taxes and fees when I was told it would be 89.99 a month flat rate!!! Including always being a month behind due to the rep lying to me about the first month free! I went to the Comcast store last week to talk with the manager to get my bill fixed and got switched to internet only for 59.99 a month and made a payment for April only to find now they want 250.00 dollars on top of it?!?!?! I've never delt with anything like how horrible I've been treated as a customer then I have with Comcast. read more

I have had Comcast for 4 months, I was signed up for a bundle for 134.00 a month. EVERY month my bill is 200.00, 300.00....NEVER 134.00. I went to the office EACH month and the girl there , Carolyn, said my bill doesn't match anything on her computer. They even turned my cable off last week because they said I was past due 48.00 when Carolyn TOLD me I didn't owe it !! So instead of continuing to argue I paid the 48.00 to have my service back on. I paid it over the phone with an agent. I asked her what my balance was after the payment and she said "0". So today I get another bill for 178.00 PLUS 80.00 that they say I am past due from last month !!!! How in the hell can a zero balance have an 80.00 past due ??? I just want this settled once and for all !!!!!! read more

Comcast is a joke. My fiancé and I have been waiting since the 10th to get cable. On the 11th the guy came out and said there was nothing he could do because the cable was not ran from the box to our house, so we called the 11th (after this guy that came out said he would put a work order in for us) and they said 7-10 days. We called 7 days later the next Saturday because we heard nothing and the lady tells us that NO ORDER HAS EVEN BEEN PUT IN. She proceeds to put the order in supposedly, saying we will get email updates as the work for the line progress, (all they have to do is bury a line from the box which is about a car length away from our house to our house) another week still nothing. We called Wednesday and Thursday both times no answer for the number we were given. (The previous person gave us their "personal" number) We called Friday and now they are saying we will have to wait until the 4th for someone to come out and tell us what the first guy told us, that they can't do anything until the line is buried and ran (which is a whole car length away from our house and would take maybe an hour and that's being generous). And she said the line is scheduled now to be put in on the 11th. (Which in my opinion is so backwards, you need to bury the line before you send the person out who won't do anything cause the line isn't buried.) Friday we were told that we would get a call by Saturday the 25th by a supervisor telling us what would happen and get email updates, again we are left in the dark with NO emails and of course NO call. After all this they refuse to do anything to make it right. if it would have been done right the first time we called we wouldn't be having this issue and we would be happy customers! You Comcast, are a joke. And your customer service is horrible! read more

yes i"m in a 2 year contract with my security system, and they had to come out and replace my monitor i use to be able to see all 4 cameras at once and now with the new monitor i can only see 1 at a time and i'm still paying for all 4. when mt contacts up i know i'm able to go else where and get 2 cameras and i will be gone. read more
