You call the 611 number and it's puts you on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I have seven devices and still get treated like crap. Looked on line thinking I would try again today. Says online they open at nine. Get there and the sign on the door says ten. Leave and come back at 9:30 to beat the crowd and they have opened the doors and people are in the store. Once again told wait time twenty minutes. I sit and by a miracle someone comes right over to assist me. They start to help me and want to see my drivers license which I have forgotten at home in my other pants. Manger says sorry can't help you without the license. Tell her I have had enough shit for one week. I try the 611 number again and they are happy to help me without a license. So much bullshit! After speaking with the guy from India for thirty minutes I ask him to send me the new plan to my email to review and he won't send it. Just awful service and they don't even care.

KnownHost gets top marks!…read more I got so fed up with my Web hosting provider (who will go nameless) that I decided to switch the hosting of my websites, and I'm glad I did! After a careful, thorough search I settled on KnownHost, in part because it's fiercely independent, not part of a big conglomerate, and my experience has been stellar: * Migration was free, fast and efficient, even my tricky legacy apps. * Support has been outstanding, fast and responsive. * Performance has been spectacular. My websites have never been so fast! * Ownership means they prioritize customers, not shareholders. Bottom Line: Premium hosting at a reasonable price point, ideal for those who value quality over the lowest cost. Highly recommended.

KnownHost has been one of the most reliable hosting providers I've worked with. Servers are fast,…read morestable, and consistently outperform what I've seen from bigger "brand-name" hosts. What really sets them apart, though, is support responses come quickly, from real technicians who actually fix things instead of sending canned replies. Migration help was smooth, uptime has been rock-solid, and pricing is fair for the level of performance and service you get. If you need hosting that just works and a team that actually knows what they're doing, KnownHost delivers. Highly recommended.

XFINITY is by far the worst customer experience I have ever encountered…read more My family had Comcast/Xfinity for over 20 years, and had constant billing discrepancies. We were told a rate plan verbally, and ALWAYS received a bill which was 20 to 30% higher (before taxes and fees). My wife would call, and after 1 to 2 hours on the most frustrating call you could imagine, the bill would be changed for that month, with a VERBAL assurance that it would remain the promised rate in future bills. The following month was always - ALWAYS at the higher rate again. In August of 2025 (we had no viable options until them in our area), we switched to a cell based provider. We weren't able to get acceptable service from them (bad signals), so we discussed the situation and switched back to Xfinity for internet only. This is supposed to be on the $50/month plan guaranteed for 5 years. This service is dependent on providing a checking account and routing number to Xfinity to draft each month. SAME CUSTOMER SERVICE NIGHTMARE BEGINS. Xfinity began sending us notices that we had a past due bill. We signed up for AUTO PAY - this was supposed to be our payment method. My wife visits the store in our city, and was advised that our bank declined the payment, and we needed to check with them. Our bank said Xfinity never tried to draft the payment, and there were no blocks on our account. AFTER receiving the next LATE PAYMENT notification from Xfinity, i spent the next 78 (YES - 1 hr and 18 minutes) on the phone with a foreign operator trying to explain our dilemma in dealing with Xfinity. I was promised VERBALLY that our account would be eligible for the $50 per month rate as soon as we furnished the payment information for the current bill. Once that payment was taken care - IN THE SAME PHONE CALL - I was advised that we weren't eligible for the $50 rate. I will be cancelling Xfinity immediately and will NEVER GO BACK. This company is a scam from the beginning This billing discrepancy is a company policy to generate revenue. When Comcast filed for bankruptcy several years ago and used the proceeds to buy NBC/ Universal - the overbilling started. Everyone I know who uses their services experience the exact same problems. They should be shut down as a giant criminal organization.

Our internet is not nearly as fast as they advertised, I should say we are paying for their fastest service offered in our area. It routinely disconnects for a few seconds, just long enough to have to reset the connection on the smart-tv or computer. Their customer service is impossible to get hold of then just tells you to reset your modem, which of course I did as soon as it went out. They make you do it again before bothering to try another solution while acting surprised it didn't work. I have the general feeling that customer support is just one giant delaying tactic hoping you'll go away. A truest terrible company.
