This Xfinity store has exceptional customer service which is fast, efficient and friendly. I've been here numerous times for various issues such as system upgrade, equipment return/exchange, and account information. The representatives are always very friendly and professional. They open they main door when they see customers arriving and address your concerns and needs right away. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes for a representative to check me in and take care of my needs. One of the customer service reps, Russ, needs a special shout out. He is always great!! The interior is also very clean, fresh and modern with an ample seating area for customers to wait. I've never really had to wait, so haven't had the opportunity to sit down on those cushy seats and watch TV.

Stay Away! DO. NOT. USE…read more I bought a house in Princeton with a Honeywell security system. The previous owner used Vector so I decided to try them. They came out to switch the system over to me, but couldn't get the security cameras to work. In addition, they were unable to get the alarm system to work reliably remotely (a requirement since I travel a lot). They came twice more but still couldn't get the Alarm system to consistently work remotely or the cameras to function. In addition, they do not provide after-hours and weekend support for my system. If found this out when we had an alarm issue...the support people who answered the phone said they could not support my system. When complained about this and they gave me a new phone number to call for support...turns out it was the Honeywell support number for Installers only...they also would not help me. After that, the manager never responded to my inquiries about support options for my system. Remote access and weekend/afterhours support are a must for me. Needless to say, I canceled my service (and went with another company that was able to get everything up and running successfully). Then Vector sent me a bill for over $2000 for cancelation. When I complained they said ok and I thought the matter was over. Then yesterday, after almost 3 months, I got a call from a Debt Collector. Apparently, Vector passed the invoice on to a debt collection agency! So not only are they incompetent, they are also vindictive. STAY AWAY!

We bought a house with an existing Vector system. Immediately, we realized half the system was…read morenonfunctional and there were two layers of abandoned equipment. As a new customer, Vector did come reset the system and remove their old equipment. Off to a positive start. The first off putting moment came when we wanted to add new features to the system. We ordered a driveway alert from Vector. They installed two huge pieces of equipment, one in the yard and one in the house. The piece in the house, the receiver, was the size of a shoebox and was clearly very old. Cheap plastic fades to a dirty yellow color and this is what they were trying to sell to us. The yard piece was so inefficient it could not actually reach the front of the drive. They then tried to charge us $400 for this outdated, barely functional, hideous equipment. We pointed out how unacceptable this was and had it removed. We replaced it with a great alert at a fraction of the cost with modern equipment. We then had to update door sensors. Vector has had to come out every three weeks to reset the system because the door sensors are clearly not in the system correctly. They tried to charge over $100 for each sensor. These are radio frequency items that retail for less than $5 per item. It has been nearly a year with Vector and 60% of the time our system has been nonfunctional. They overcharge and are wholly untrustworthy. Buyer beware when engaging this company. Do your diligence because there are far superior systems available.
