    Worst customer service ever! Can't get to talk to a human and you have to go into the store to do so.

I usually drop of my device with them and go grab a bite , come back to a finished product. Just got my iPhone 12 Max fully wrapped and it feels wonderful, it doesn't take away from the great look of the phone and provides a layer of protection that is very well needed to keeping it looking great. I have it on my Apple Watch as well and I have had it replaced 3 times. If it's that good why do I need to replace it? Well I have had my watch rammed against the wall while moving equipment and the clear coat wrap absorbed it and got the wall paint on it and got it replaced without a scratch on my screen or any marks. I have had other issues wear I have had the wrap absorb the impact hit and it left the watch still spotless. I always get complements on the matte finish on my watch and phone because it provides a small piece of privacy to my devices and they look good in matte finish. Thank you mobile outfitters, you will always have my business and I love sending you friends and family. Keep up the great work.

    Yesterday I came into this T-Mobile with my sister and we had a complicated order! We had several…read moreissues on our end about switching carriers, changing plans, unlocking phones, etc. We actually had to go back to that T-Mobile 2x yesterday to get everything done. Even though this place inside the mall was jampacked busy but surprisingly, I never had to wait more than 1 minute to be greeted and assisted. The 1st time I was helped by Karla and the 2nd time I was helped by Jose. Judging from the previous bad reviews on yelp, albeit many were from a while back, I was a little skeptical about coming to this location instead of the corporate store, but I was at the mall so I took my chances. And I'm glad I did. Both Karla and Jose were awesome! Karla was nice, thorough, and patient in explaining everything to me. Jose was friendly, helpful, and had good follow-through. He was committed to helping us resolve our problem (which he did), and he even went above and beyond by suggesting and trying to get our plan pro-rated because we didn't use our service for a week! We didn't ask about that but he thought of it and wanted to help. That's what I call excellent service. Going above and beyond to take care of your customers! Anyway, thanks so much Karla and Jose for your help yesterday! I'll definitely come back to this location again in the future if I have any T-Mobile related needs or questions, and I'll also spread the word to my family and friends how great you guys are!! Thanks again! Note: Only cons about this place is that they are not a corporate store and there are NO chairs to sit except for a tiny bench at the corner of the store. So it's very uncomfortable for the customers to be standing around for a long amount of time while being helped. Also, another thing is, they do not have enough computers for the staff to use (they only have 3 computers) so there's a lot of unnecessary wait time for a computer to open up. The owner and manager should really take note of this and put in some chairs and computers or ipads to help improve the customer experience.

I set up a new service and they promised it would be quick...kept saying "We're almost done" when I told them how important it was that I leave. They kept me there until I wasted $300 theater tickets we had bought. The second issue was my landline. My previous. provider had addd a landline for $20/month. This t-mobile salesman said it would be free in the expanded bundle he convinced me to get. It was only "free" in the sense that it did not even exist. Now, I. have lost a number I have used for business for the past 40 years! Look at the distribution of stars in the reviews. It might average out to almost 3 stars, but MORE THAN HALF of the reviewers gave it one star. Would you go to a restaurant where you had a better than 50-50 chance of getting food poisoning?!? I did go once to the Howe Ave location. They seemed much better.

    I have AT&T fiber in the middle of Sacramento and is constantly going out for short periods. It was…read moreout for more than a day on two separate occasions. Phone support insisted that it was just me, but when I got to the hour mark of the call, they suddenly realized it was a network outage. I have been an AT&T customer for years, and this is typical of their customer support. An AT&T tech even joked with me that they are a communications company, but they have horrible internal communications within the company. Profits over performance. Their apps don't work consistently. I stopped being able to login to the "Smart" Home app, which they require for appointment updates, not to mention troubleshooting your own internet. I call in every couple of months to try to resolve it, but their limited scripted troubleshooting, basically consisting or changing the password never works.

I only have 2 lines. I spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get it resolved and it still not fix. I will never refer somebody to this company. It's the worst. They have so much fraud by there own employees. They cant even keep our information from getting hacked. I highly recommend Verizon, t-mobile, cricket, even metro pcs, any other company besides this one.
