My internet/wifi stopped working in February and I have been trying to get it going again. Technician came in and fixed some of it after I went to the store and got a new box. Only my Alexa is now connected. My phone, iPad and Roku tv will not connect. Customer service tells me there is something wrong but when it comes to give me a solution they hang up and they do not call me back. This has been the worst service from a communication company I have ever received. I have asked them if I could upgrade my service to another type of package. The answer has been no. Customer service always drops the ball. In the past 3 months, I have been trying to get this resolved when I've had time to call or go to the store but nothing is working. 1) I was talking for a longtime with one and when it came to scheduling another technician, even though he had been calling me back before, the call was disconnected and he did not call me back. When I called back there was no answer. 2) I connected to the robot maybe 10 times in one occasion, It detected that there's a problem but when it came time to schedule a technician the call was disconnected. I walk into the Arden Xfinity store with my cell phone on 5%. Seeking a lightening flash cord to charge in car. Upon arrival. The store is packed. I check in. Guest service representative Robert advises the store no longer carries charging cords for a iPhone 14 ProMax. He advising the only iPhone cords available are iPhone 15. He states my best bet is to go to Best Buy or the Apple Store. If I am a paying Xfinity customer for the last five years, please don't send me away with this statement and no service made to help the problem. service sucks - after 20 years im moving back to at+t because of poor service 12 hour outages, overpricing on everything.

The customer service when you call in is a hit or miss. Sometimes they are helpful but most are not. The call center supervisor yelled at me and said they couldn't help me and there was no one higher than her that I could talk to. I spoke my opinion about how I think they bait you in with a good package and then after the year is over they sky rocket your price and don't offer anything close to what you had prior. And because they didn't offer my Internet speed anymore I had to go to the next highest one because I work from home which was almost 50 more a month. I hate xfinity/comcast. There is always an outage or they are "doing maintenance". But you can best believe they will get thier money which is too dame expensive. Customer service on the phone was a two hour long call just to find out a transfer PIN number from my account.

Spoke to Roberto C. Pacheco today who could not resolve my issue and in fact told me it doesn't matter what corporate tells you on the phone we have a store policy and that's all that matters. Also was told if I don't adjust my tone I'd be getting kicked out by security. This was after he clearly could see I was frustrated after being on phone with Comcast all day getting incorrect information which the store could not take any accountability for. I asked to speak to a manager, Roberto told me there was no manager working at the time but if he was there he would tell me the same thing. I asked for the managers contact info or email Roberto told me he could not give me the info. I asked Roberto how do you want me to resolve this issue when I've clearly tried the steps you recommended and there seems to be an issue that does not allow me to pull the account up online. He tells me that's all I could do for you Anyhow I doubt they really give a F about a yelp review considering it's already a one star but yes I think this company lives up to the bad reputation and are just riding out the monopoly until fiber kicks in read more

Ive had xfinity wifi for over a year and would not recommend this service to my worst enemy. After just paying my bill they canceled me a day later with not notice or anything. Took me hours of phone call got no where. I go into the store and speak with Roberto the manager and was less helpful than all the phone calls i made. I then ask him for his managers card after his rude and unhelpful service and conveniently he didnt have any. Roberto then refused to give me his managers phone number so i asked for the email that he hesitantly gave and im assuming it was the wrong email or he wrote it down wrong on purpose cause i still have not heard back from his manager. read more

Purchased an Iphone from Xfinity while giving the store a fully paid for Iphone. Was given $642 in credit against a $999 phone. Since infinity states you can cancel your contract at any time, why would I be asked to pay more than the difference in price. Was told that because of the contract, that was never given to us even when asked for, we would need to pay retail for the $999 iPhone, why?
