    Customer service on the phone was a two hour long call just to find out a transfer PIN number from my account.

    Worst customer service ever! Can't get to talk to a human and you have to go into the store to do so.

    I have to say this is the first thing I do to all my iPhone and Apple watches when I get them…read more Mobile outfitters is the best clear coat wrap that I add to my device, it makes them last with out having any scratches and avoid major damage. I usually drop of my device with them and go grab a bite , come back to a finished product. Just got my iPhone 12 Max fully wrapped and it feels wonderful, it doesn't take away from the great look of the phone and provides a layer of protection that is very well needed to keeping it looking great. I have it on my Apple Watch as well and I have had it replaced 3 times. If it's that good why do I need to replace it? Well I have had my watch rammed against the wall while moving equipment and the clear coat wrap absorbed it and got the wall paint on it and got it replaced without a scratch on my screen or any marks. I have had other issues wear I have had the wrap absorb the impact hit and it left the watch still spotless. I always get complements on the matte finish on my watch and phone because it provides a small piece of privacy to my devices and they look good in matte finish. Thank you mobile outfitters, you will always have my business and I love sending you friends and family. Keep up the great work.

    I've been relatively happy with t-mobile...but I will now avoid this location at all costs. They…read morewill do anything to make a sale. I set up a new service and they promised it would be quick...kept saying "We're almost done" when I told them how important it was that I leave. They kept me there until I wasted $300 theater tickets we had bought. The second issue was my landline. My previous. provider had addd a landline for $20/month. This t-mobile salesman said it would be free in the expanded bundle he convinced me to get. It was only "free" in the sense that it did not even exist. Now, I. have lost a number I have used for business for the past 40 years! Look at the distribution of stars in the reviews. It might average out to almost 3 stars, but MORE THAN HALF of the reviewers gave it one star. Would you go to a restaurant where you had a better than 50-50 chance of getting food poisoning?!? I did go once to the Howe Ave location. They seemed much better.

It costs approximately $50, however it's waived if you sign up for payment plan and pay for the service, which is $10 per tracker. This information was NOT DISCLOSED. He signed me up for two lines that I did not ask for. When I brought it back into the store, the manager refused to help me and told me that I can try going to another T-Mobile store because they're "only a retailer" and cannot process returns. What do you mean you can't undo YOUR mistake? The rep at the second T-mobile knew immediately what happened. He manage to process the returns for me be and also disclosed that MANY people had been in just that day to return their trackers because they were also not properly informed of what it was. I had to pay $20 for a restocking fee for each item that I returned. This was not a misunderstanding. This was a failure to disclose material terms and an unauthorized addition of services to my account. I will be escalating this to corporate. Customers should carefully review every line of their receipt before leaving this location.
