Drove 28 minutes to this location to upgrade my phone. I've been a customer since 2012. I'm not the primary on the account, but I have NEVER run into an issue where I've been denied service. I upgrade my iPhone every year (sometimes earlier) and always go in person. Have never been to this location, will NEVER come back again! The woman was rude as anything, seems like she didn't want to be here by the look on her face, typing away on her phone and being downright ignorant. I arrived 2 minutes after they opened and it was already busy (I had made the appointment yesterday thank goodness). She downright said she wouldn't give me the phone BUT she could have it shipped to me? Very confusing .... And when I asked how long she sighed and mumbled two days. I explained my current iPhone is overheating in my bunkers at the station and it's dangerous. She gave 0 care. Great job directing people in and out of the venue. There were plenty of food and drink choices. Of course, the prices are high, but you can tailgate before entering into the venue. We had vip tickets with free snacks and drinks throughout the night. The band didn't do a meet and greet as they were scheduled. We sat in section 7 row F. Great seats, however, there might as well be no seats since the crowd stands up for the whole show. We were under a roof. It did get hot in there on a 75 degree August night. I did notice section 5 had a fantastic breeze coming from the ceiling fans...for future reference. The staff were helpful and do a great job throughout the night. read more

Don't eat fast food, which is all they offer. Extremely loud, so take ear protection and this place has major safety issues. There's only one means of egress (exit/entry), so you will sit for 1-2 hours waiting to leave the lot. If there's any type of issue that blocks their ONLY means of egress (accident, fire) then you will not be leaving for a very long time. After one hour we've only moved 15 feet, so park outside of this ineptitude in design and walk in. Final Thoughts: If there was any intelligent life involved in managing this place, they'd immediately be looking to create a second road and means of egress. Including, installing REAL bathrooms, because they certainly make enough income to do a far better job of it! read more

It seems somehow appropriate that this place is named after the cable company, because it's a harbinger of the customer service disaster you've got coming. Worst acoustics of any concert venue I've been to. Mismanaged entrance with terrible staff. Insane food prices. Tight uncomfortable seats. And the parking was the worst nightmare of any concert I've ever been to. Completely mismanaged and incompetent, and they ignored their own signs and put everybody from every lane of traffic in the same tiny parking lot despite them having dozens of parking lots available. The bad - only one set of bathrooms besides port-a potties - food prices are really up there - ridiculous amount of time to leave parking lot - some seats are not covered (and the lawn seats of course) The good - good vibe to the place (like the outdoorsy) - solid choices of performances - if under covered seats with a good view it's awesome - ample amount of time to get in, don't have to go straight to your seats - helpful employees read more

Give yourself sufficient time to get through the gates, as entry lines get long closer to showtime. Over the years the food & beverage options have improved (they now have a few specialty pop ups). Haven't sat in the lawn for years (don't recommend it if you want to actually enjoy the music). Worth splurging on higher priced tickets for better sound quality. Ladies restroom is always a disaster. Check out the VIP upgrades for private bathrooms, full bars + lots of comfortable couches to hangout by before & during the show. I hate leaving concerts early, but after sitting in traffic for HOURS at past events I now try to get out before everyone else. A few minutes makes a huge difference. Absolutely the worst venue I have ever been to. I paid $90 for preferred parking and the dimwitted 15 year olds they hire couldn't even direct traffic well enough for me to get to the parking. They ended up pretty much forcing us to park in the free parking all the way in the back causing us to sit in traffic for an hour and miss half the concert. Then they wouldn't let me in because my side body bag was an inch to big so I had to go all the way back to my vehicle to drop it off which in turn made me miss more of the show. After the show we didn't move from the back of the parking lot for over an hour. WORST VENUE EVER. read more

This venue fucking sucks. we waited a mile out in traffic for about an hour and half after leaving 5 hours before the show started. we had to get out of our car and walk to the venue in order to literally not miss the show and we missed both opening acts. we were treated very rudely by staff except for the office box woman. she was wonderful. i'm very disappointed in how this venue is run as no preparation was taken for the amount of people coming to this show. this was truly not a good experience and i never want to come here again. this was honestly an extremely distressing experience as me and my friend took very good precautions to get her on time and the venue did not have preparation at all. along with this, as we were noticeably distressed the staff continued to treat us with disrespect. this was not a good experience because of the venue. read more

Recently saw Ghost here and had such a blast! Yes the traffic was crazy but thankfully I came prepared and was in traffic right before the 495 exit by 5pm. Yes we got here early but we joined all the other people in tailgating and had a great time waiting for the doors to open. Entering the place was a slow process but it seemed like everything was orderly. After the show we decided not to rush and to take a nap instead. We were able to join the line and get out quickly after about an hour wait. To anyone attending a show here I recommend that you come early, you plan to tailgate and then you plan to nap in your car after the show. It worked out great for us. read more

I've been to this venue many times for shows, but after last night (Creed Summer of 99 tour) I am so turned off. The bathroom availability is severely lacking, and the additional glorified porta potties in the woods were horrifying to use; excrement on the walls and beer cans in the toilet. The staff did not do a good job keeping the aisles clear of patrons who stood mid aisle to watch the show. Additionally, I witnessed staff members who were seemingly on a power trip to move guests throughout the venue. read more

What a cool venue once inside. The lawn area is pretty affordable, expansive but steep. The portapottys nearby were close enough for emergencies ha. Plenty of friendly people enjoying Phish together in the crowd. Sunset was gorgeous and the sound was really good. The security is annoying here though. One security person says metal refillable water bottles are welcome and other security say no. Hadda ditch my bottle or bring it to coat/bag check?!? The line was about 45 mins of waiting so i just tossed it. Security really wants you in your seat area at all times and dont want you taking pictures or mingling out of your ticketed area. Buzz kill. The traffic entering and departing is abysmal. Total luck of the draw where you park in GA but luckily they dont charge you for that headache. Tailgating before the show from 3pm-645pm was fun though! Too many security personel and cops patrolling on foot, bicycle, and drone. The music inside is great and the venue is huge with good sound but there are much better venues out there. read more

There is no oversight at this venue. They couldn't care less about you having a good time. The group in front of us smoked endless joints CONSTANTLY throughout both bands we came to see. I can hardly breathe from inhaling all of that second hand pot. It was disgraceful that not a single employee ever walked by never mind did anything about it. Who smokes upwards of 30 joints in a row? I've never seen anything like it and hope to never again. What a bad experience and waste of time and money this was. The lack of signage in the near pitch dark while trying to find our car in Lot 9 was unacceptable. That they get away with all of this and more is outrageous. The town of Mansfield needs to take note. read more

The place has just gone downhill since no longer being Great Woods. The sound is never good unless you get big money tix under the Pavillion and the "lawn" seat area is just gross. Recently covered in huge wood chips to soak up mud. They run out of rental chairs and will then SELL people light blankets. Sit on the blanket in the woodchips and get stepped on by d-bags walking by not looking where they're going and bug bites on your legs. Also, the wood chips set off allergies for some. Not fun. This was the best one I've attended . The people were chill & the staff accommodating and cool. The parking area near the center is free ,but get there when the lot opens it fills up fast. Bring your portable grill too you will thank me later (wish I did ) they tailgate just like the Big Games do. Don't rush inside for there is plenty of time before a show there starts . If you don't like noise or BBQ smells please pay for parking in one of the easy-out lots (Red,Blue,White) it's quiet and you can most likely have a space between you and another car there . They had a Tortilla chip vendor passing out chips when you begin to line up that was cool. There is a second stage act and area if you rather not stand in line til gates open . They have local bands playing and the drink/ snack area there . The venue : I expected it to be smaller then what it was once in the main gates. The stage area is nicely coordinated with staff to help find your seats ,but the lawn surprised me. In CT ,there is mostly grass for the lawn area,they replaced that with hundreds of chairs which was pretty cool all the way up the hill and at a good price. They have a small section way in the back with grass ,lol. Food/drink : be prepared to spend 5 bucks on a water and 14/16 for a cocktail. Went for Halsey concert, the girl in front of us needed water in a Bad way after drinking too much. Went to FOUR stands to try and find a cup - ONE FUCKING CUP of water for this girl so she doesn't die- they said it's too bad we don't Make the decisions. (After I asked if this particular person slept well at night he said "we have people for that" ) I would've bought water except didn't have any cash left. Finally found a nice lady at a private vendor willing to spare a cup and ice and filled the water in the bathroom. Saturday 8/19/17 was our first time here to see Jimmy Buffett and let me just say it was such an AWESOME experience! The group of us had so much fun! We got there early in the afternoon ans set up for tailgating, what a blast! Couldn't believe all of the people and how creative most of them were!! Some had tiki huts with shotskis, trucks with slides on the top of their cab that went into a truck bed filled with water, blenders hooked up to weed wacker motors, and the people walking around with Buffett virgin signs got the royal treatment as they passed by everyone's site. They were given shots, food, and good conversation. Just a group of happy go lucky boozers!!! The were several different parking lots here, containing Police, EMT's, concession stands and tons of port o potty's with quick moving lines.. Nobody bothered you here, the Police were basically just making sure people weren't going to cause any trouble. On they way to the gates, you are not allowed to bring in any bags or chairs. You go through a quick pat down, and they check your blanket, scan your ticket and then you are good to go. Once inside, TONS of bathrooms, vendors & food. Draft beers were $13.50 each. I don't think there is a BAD seat anywhere here, we actually had lawn seats and to be honest, we loved them. You were less confined feeling and had more room to move around. They had massive flat-screens at all different viewing points so you could see everything that was happening on stage. After the show, everything was orderly, the vendors were all closed up and people made there way back to their cars, some decided to actually try to leave, we actually went back and fired up the grill and cooked again because the vehicles were NOT moving and it was a 2 HOUR wait to get out of the parking lot. This was my first time here for the Brad Paisley tour. I'm fine with the ticket prices, but after seeing the prices for food and drinks? I expect the seating area itself to be decent! My seat was behind a camera man, but I'll let that slide because Mr. Paisley sang on a stage in front of us later on. Also, the seats don't have cupholders, so I lost my drink from that. And on that note, do people just like walking thru the aisle and not actually sit?? Other than that, the outdoor setting was a nice change of pace, especially on a nice day. I'm also glad they have screens everywhere to show you what's going on the main stage. I'll definitely come back, but will pregame. read more

I'm knocking this venue down a couple stars due to one factor, the cigarette smoking. I have had to leave too many shows due to cigarette smoke induced migraines. It's stated as a smoke free venue but nothing is done to prevent it so people freely smoke during the entirely of the show. People don't care if children are around, they shouldn't be subjected to that. Honestly people get your act together! ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Free parking, although it usually takes forever to get in and to get out. There's always room for tailgating and they have people that come around pick up your garbage if need be. You can see the stage from any seat here perfectly fine. Typically a lot of Groupons available for this location. There's plenty of vendors and plenty of bathrooms. Beer prices fluctuate based upon I'm assuming the amount of tickets sold for the venues when are usually pretty high to begin with, average $14-15. Hence why I tailgate. Easy to purchase tickets, easy to redeem tickets. read more

The absolute worst venue ever!!! Told myself years ago I would never come back after sitting over 2 hours trying to get out of the parking lot after a Motley Crue concert. Went to Stevie Nicks last night. Left 2 1/2 hours before she was to go on, a 45 min drive but of course traffic.... Sat in traffic for almost 3 hours Stevie went on early due to weather so when we finally got into the shit show parking lot we turned around and left. People were saying there were no parking spaces left ?!?! With a hundred cars behind us... We must have been one of the last cars in and then they told people to turn around and leave by 9:15 9:30 of course they won't refund you either. Bye bye Xfinity NEVER EVER AGAIN. I wish this venue would actually pay attention to who sits where and what because people kept trying to steal seats. There were too many people sitting in seats that they did not pay for and had to get moved out by the people that actually bought the seats. The staff there need to make sure this stops happening. I had people who took seats that were empty seat near me and keep blowing smoke into my face throughout the concert when my partner has COPD and I have asthma. I also witnessed people stealing other people's seats.It was very disorganized. Gillette Stadium has better organization with the seating and even the parking. read more

All the staff were pretty awesome in my opinion. I was even standing on the chairs and they came by and asked me to get down like 5 times and never made an issue out of it. After years of memorable concerts I'm done with this venue. I went to see Neil Young back in May and found out they weren't serving soda or coffee. Why? Because the star only wants local farm-friendly and locally sourced drinks. I'm not debating Coke and Pepsi not being health food. But I didn't want alcohol nor pay $$ for Liquid Death. We took it up with a customer relations person who said everything had to be locally sourced. Nowhere did we see any wines made locally. And the concession stands were selling SWEDISH VODKA and TENNESSEE WHISKEY. They lied right to my face. Also, if you truly wanted locally-sourced or locally-owned businesses you could have sold coffee from Honey Dew or Mary Lou's. Not everyone wants booze. And sometimes people need coffee after working a full day. So that's enough of being lied to by staff. Also, there were a fleet of trucks for the band's equipment. Diesel trucks! Not eco-friendly and that fuel I can safely say came from somewhere outside Massachusetts. read more
