I joined the gym in Feb with great intention, but little motivation or self discipline. The 12 week Transformation offered the benefit of PT coaching with a team of people who had similar aspirations, each with different reasons, and a shared purpose. We quickly bonded, new acquantances and never competitors. Throughout we were supported, encouraged, and challenged to our individual limits by Rob Hamill. Rob took the time to understand individual motivations, and tailored the programme to ensure everyone was and getting the most from the opportunity. At first lessons were difficult, exhausting, and tested each of us to out personal limits; however with time came confidence and self belief and the results fantastic. We end the programme fitter, stronger, lighter, and more confident, and each of us are motivated to do more. If you get the opportunity, particularly if you are a new member and find going to the gym going on your own a struggle, when today can easily wait until tomorrow, give it a go.
