I knew we wanted to start our search here. We walked in and browsed a bit, and then Melanie helped explain all the differences between all their models, and let us know which ones were currently in stock. She was so patient and thorough with her explanations of what features we needed or what size model we would need. I always thought that salespeople want to make the biggest $$$ sale, but Melanie tried to help us find the best value for our money. I went last week for a consult with Kevin, the owner. He was a pleasure. He listened to me and asked questions to make sure He and I understood what I wanted. ( Yes, I wasn't sure what I wanted, he clarified and explained and showed me colors) So, He began his magic at 10 am today. He asked me a very important question. Do I plan to do upkeep every 4 weeks. I told him no. I'm too busy. He then suggested bringing me back to my natural color for roots and painting on the highlights/lowlights.
