I went last week for a consult with Kevin, the owner. He was a pleasure. He listened to me and asked questions to make sure He and I understood what I wanted. ( Yes, I wasn't sure what I wanted, he clarified and explained and showed me colors) So, He began his magic at 10 am today. He asked me a very important question. Do I plan to do upkeep every 4 weeks. I told him no. I'm too busy. He then suggested bringing me back to my natural color for roots and painting on the highlights/lowlights. I am so pleased with the results. He was extremely professional. And though he may be young, it was obvious to me he is well educated in his craft. The salon is beautiful. Spotless, clean, comfortable as well as chic. I will be back again and again. Thrilled I found a local salon. It only took my 10 yrs.

Kelly almost immediately called me and answered any questions I had and set me up for a consultation with Rosanny. Rosanny took the time to explain all the various types of extensions, the installation process, the upkeep, price, etc. She was so knowledgeable and answered any and all questions I had. She helped me decide that a combination of a sewn in weft and I-tips would be ideal for what I was looking for. She also clearly demonstrated how the health of the hair and scalp were also very important to her as well. On installation day she took her time to make sure everything was perfect. I absolutely love the quality of the hair and the way she blended it to look natural was perfect. I can wear them curly, straight, up, down, you name it and they look beautiful. You can tell she truly loves what she does and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the entire experience was. Can't wait to go back in a few weeks for some maintenance and eventually color. I also enjoyed that they don't push products on you. I asked rosanny for recommendations for shampoo and conditioner. She referred me to a specific redken. I purchased it from the salon for convenience and the price was actually better than online or Ulta/Sephora. Also, the decor of the salon is to die for! 10/10 recommend. I reached out multiple times over the course of several months trying to schedule my trial and never received a single response. As a bride, this is incredibly stressful--this is not just any service, it's your wedding day. Vendors should be reliable and communicative, especially after accepting payment. I ultimately had to find a new hair and makeup artist to stay on track for my wedding. If you are considering booking, I would strongly recommend choosing someone who is responsive and professional.
