Save yourself the trouble and do not visit this location. She will fraudulently charge your card and wont allow you to cancel even when following their membership terms. My wife brought in our three young daughters for a haircut, and while two of them ended up with a decent cut and style, my third ended up with an overly short and uneven cut that just cannot be rectified without a considerable amount of time in misery. I'm not sure how many more visual cues the stylist could have been given as to how much should be cut, but I would hypothesize that even an amateur would likely be cautious enough NOT to chop as much as 15 inches on the first pass. Mind you, because of the whole COVID lockdown, my wife was instructed to stay in the lobby while my daughter continued to get her hair botched. But I would be hard-pressed to believe that anyone coming in with such long hair who wants to get a significant shortening would make a small exception and bring my wife to the back to check at least once. But that did not happen here. I completely get that we are all human and can make mistakes, amateurs and professionals alike. But it is how they conduct themselves when they realize and own up to their failures - that is what sets them apart from someone who deserves the patronage versus someone who does not. Completely disregarding the simple adage of 'the customer is always right,' the stylist in question did nothing more than repeatedly apologize, and even took the defense that the hairstyle in an image she was shown was exactly what she did (based on my own eyeballing, I would guess she was about 2-3 inches too short). It would be pertinent to state that my wife had to actually press on and see what sort of compensation the stylist or the salon could do, since the stylist made no effort whatsoever beyond her apology. It was only then that she mentioned that one of our other children had some dandruff and offered a 'dry scalp treatment' as a possible reparation. "Sorry, no refunds." She even accepted the full tip while my daughter cried in the lobby. As my daughter's wails continue into the middle of the night, I remain powerless to console her. But, I can only hope that our experience will serve as a powerful-enough reminder to those who might consider venturing here. It may be important to include that they have their own Facebook business page, where I also posted this review almost verbatim. While they have every right, I noticed it was removed a couple of days later... and three 5-star reviews were immediately posted afterwards within a very short timeframe. You can make a judgment for yourself on such a coincidence.

It's Moroccan/Arabian themed interior, to the relaxing music, to even the sound of her voice the overall experience was just so calming. I purchased a Groupon for the eyelash extensions and I first I was very much skeptical because I've done a lot of research and apparently if the person doesn't use the right glue or doesn't put them on correctly your $85-$100 will just go to waste so I put a lot of trust in Lisa and she definitely delivered. My lashes looked so full and natural and that's what I really wanted. I wanted my lashes to not look fake but to still look full and Lisa didn't try to upsell me on getting a more expensive cost package but instead she educated me and said that your lashes will look much fuller with the fill in after two weeks and she was definitely right. I didn't need mascara and she advised me not to use mascara but I love that mascara looks so I put on lights amount of mascara and my lashes never felI I never had to worry about them falling out I work out and I am very active and they lasted a full two weeks with very little pieces falling out overall I would do this Groupon deal again and again and again and again. Just seeing how many people purchased this Groupon from when I first bought it is speaks for itself it would actually be kind of cool if she just implicated these prices on a regular because she does such a great job. there's not that many people who actually know what they're doing.

She applied a liquid highlighter and it streaked down my cheek, but she never corrected it (among other mess ups she did not correct). 5. She used heavy and cheap false eye lashes. 6. She was unresponsive during the trial when I told her I was not happy with how the makeup turned out. 7. The updo she gave me fell out approximately 1 hour later. I didn't even go outside with it. 8. She cashed both the trial and deposit checks (a total of $408) despite my expressed unhappiness with her work.
