She didn't even clean around the ears, clean up the sideburn area, or cut it straight in general. I've never had such a bad haircut lol I only went because I had an important thing tomorrow and she kept getting frustrated for zero reason as if I was crazy for asking her to blend between the scissor area and the clippers. It didn't seem like she wanted to be there in the first place by the way I felt rushed. I very rarely leave reviews but this deserved one. Save your money.

Outside of that, the salon itself is great. The stylists do excellent work, the vibe is welcoming, and you can tell they're proud of their craft. I don't want my hair to be over-styled. As a professional woman who travels quite a bit, I wanted an easy, healthy-looking style with a little volume to give this 50-year old face a little lift. I need to be able to sleep on a 12 hour flight, get up, brush my hair in an airplane bathroom and keep moving straight into a meeting. So many prior salon experiences left me with flat, overly-straight hair with no movement. I found this spot online and the reviews were good, so I booked an appt. My girlfriends all thought I was insane for trying any hair salon working dozens of personal recommendations. The booking process was simple and I quickly received a text confirmation of my appointment and a reminder. I loved that. I'm busy and a bit scattered - I NEED reminders. This was perfect. I arrived, was warmly greeted and was given a quick customer information sheet to complete - along with a price list (thank you!). I was then taken by Brittany to her chair to discuss my hair, my desires and my expectations. Brittany demonstrated professionalism while also being friendly and easy to connect with. My hair was shampooed by Kenneth, who gave me the best temple massage. I had to fight to keep from falling asleep in the shampoo chair. Good conversation. Ultra relaxing. Comfortable shampoo chairs and a foot stool so you can prop your feet up. The shampoo room is walled off from the rest of the salon, you're getting a very relaxing experience, but there is a glass door, so you can still see what's going on (unless your eyes are closed, as mine were). Having really listened to my desire to have a little lift and movement to my hair, Brittany had me sit under the cool dryer for just a few mins and then did the blow dry. But unlike other salons, she didn't snatch my hair bone-straight. She left it with some volume - then gave me a flat iron and trim. I was all much quicker than I'd expected and I was left with EXACTLY what I wanted. I was shocked - she "got" me. Had I brought in a magazine photo for a stylist to replicate, it would have been what I walked out with. The salon is comfortable, clean and a no-nonsense place - grown-woman style. They offered me a glass of wine - the music was nice - and the clientele was friendly and relaxed. I didn't wait at all, yet they did have plenty of customers. They kept us all moving. I left the salon and met my girlfriends for dinner. Everyone loved my hair. Definitely going back - have already booked my next appt!

It was for first time customers only (which I was), but she didn't think it should apply to two different services such as a cut and brow wax as I intended. In the end she honored the coupon, but the whole exchange left a negative vibe on my time there. She was great, she knew how to work with curly hair and even how to style it (which I can't say is true for many other hair stylists). I came out really happy with how my hair felt and looked. Before she started she did offer to do a "special" haircut for me for curly hair which was double the price. I do appreciate that she warned me about the price but just wish there was more explanation of this special haircut. If I will spend double the price for something I would like to understand why. In any case, I really liked her so I may do it in the future but for this time I just stuck with the normal haircut. Will be coming back.

The first time I tried out this location, I knew I had found my regular haircut spot. They did a great job, were very thorough, and made sure that I was happy before I left. I've had a few different stylists since then and they all have been equally friendly and attentive-to-detail. To comment to Cynthia C.'s review, I can say that I'm a dude who "just wants a simple cut" and I had to try a bunch of other places who couldn't do a basic fade correctly.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY. MY 5 yr old daughter did a better job. Sadly I am still growing my hair out to its former glory! In total I lost 5 inches in a TRIM!
