I can't recommend BioMotion highly enough!…read more Before coming here, I spent several months at another physical therapy clinic. At the time, I thought I was getting good care because I didn't have anything to compare it to. Looking back, I now realize just how much the quality of physical therapy can vary from one clinic to another. After switching to BioMotion, the difference was incredible. In less than half the time, I've regained more muscle strength, mobility, movement, and function than I did during all the months at my previous clinic. I honestly wish I had found them sooner. From my very first appointment, I knew this place was different. The owner took the time to sit down with me for a thorough consultation, carefully listening to everything that was going on and evaluating all of my issues instead of rushing through the appointment. One thing that really gave me confidence was his knowledge. I've researched my condition extensively and have spent countless hours learning everything I could about it. Because of that, I can usually tell when someone truly understands it. He knew exactly what I was talking about and understood my condition in a way that my previous physical therapist simply didn't. That immediately reassured me that I was in the right place. Everyone has been wonderful, especially Eloiza, who works both at the front desk and in the treatment area. She's always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cares about the patients. The entire team is knowledgeable, professional, and truly invested in helping people get better. I can actually feel myself getting stronger, and it's exciting to see the progress I'm making. If you're trying to decide where to go for physical therapy, don't assume all clinics are the same. I certainly did, and I couldn't have been more wrong. BioMotion has completely changed my expectations of what great physical therapy should be. I would absolutely give them 10 stars if I could!

I came across them when I was looking for a physical therapist to heal a tendonitis injury, I was excited to learn that they accepted Medicare as a full payment. That was something I hadn't heard from all the other places I called. My 1st appointment, they were welcoming and super friendly. I definitely felt like I was in the right place. Dave and Eloiza are both very attentive to their clients. I was surprised to see how many patients they helped over the course of an hour. They're focused on the needs of their patients and always making sure they're comfortable and working towards healing their bodies. They know all the names of their clients, welcoming them with conversation. They have easy listening tunes on, while everyone is working hard to gain their mobility again with little timers going off to signal the next strengthening activity. For me, they utilize heat, various exercises with and without weights, electro stimulation, ultrasound, and even massage. I look forward to every appointment. Dave is great at conversation, too. Eloiza is always seen working hard around the office with clients. Dave & Eloiza are a fantastic and competent team. Its message concerns perpetuating a tradition of exceptional service to the medical profession using evidence-based techniques and dedicating time to every patient, each of whom is to be served with compassion and integrity. The message may commemorate the original owners but is true about Blake and Taylor and two therapists who work with them, Andy Macdonald and Erik Iversen. Even if Blake and Taylor and their team may not work any actual miracles, the halt and the lame heal. I've seen it. In my own case a very rare, incurable genetic disease weakens my muscles by counteracting innervation and disabling the systems that keep a healthy person on balance. All Blake and Taylor can do for me is teach me exercises that counteract the steady weakening of my muscles and help me practice balancing. I'm more able to regain my balance and much stronger and more balanced than I was when I began working with them--much. Still, as my nerves continue to degenerate I must keep doing therapy indefinitely into the future. Attending every week, I see other patients progress. People in wheelchairs stand up and walk. People barely able to lift their feet step over obstacles. People who cannot stand without a walker start pedaling an exercycle or pushing a leg press. Blake and Taylor begin with each patient where that patient is: when I began with them, I couldn't trust myself to land safely if I jumped even slightly. I still will never dunk, but I can leap. And all of this progress proceeds in an air of relentless positivity and encouragement. The trainers are encouraging and helpful, the office staff is helpful and encouraging, everyone is just positive throughout. Nothing is ever said except to achieve progress. The work is hard for me and others, but we push ourselves cheerfully because Blake and Taylor create an atmosphere that sustains us. I tripped once--Blake left his own feet diving under me to cushion my fall. Could I have six stars, please? Or maybe twenty? It's that good.

I have a very complex case and Marisa took her time with me and never gave up. I explained due to my surgical history and complex case I wanted an actual PT specifically the one I had named and she told me no again due to him having no openings. I told her then I was going to go to a new physical therapy place and she said ok. I don't think this is how you should treat patients that come to your facility at all. I looked up this therapist openings and sure enough he had one the very next day and multiple in two weeks. It's very sad that this is how they decided to treat their patient.
