"Oh - I injured my foot - next week for sure." I wait for the next week and again no one shows up. I wait a few days and contact him. "Oh - my foot is still injured - but next week for sure." Guess what - he did not show up the next week and then just stopped responding to my texts. I understand that delays come up but why is it my responsibility to have to repeatedly contact him when no one shows up on the scheduled date again and again? If something comes up, LET ME KNOW! And if you don't want to do it, LET ME KNOW! After a month of having my texts ignored, we gave up on him and contracted with the city to do the repair.

Oasis was professional in getting us a written quote, setting up a work timeline, and getting the job done. The crew also cleaned up after themselves every single day and were respectfully quiet while working. Communication was excellent and Maasi answered all our questions and got back to us when he said he would. Note: This in itself was amazing since Maasi and his wife welcomed the birth of their second child in the middle of the walkway project. Congratulations! Oasis was even able to complete the job way ahead of schedule. They installed a real drain system, using river rock as a bed and cover for the perforated pipe and then proceeded to kill the mold, cover the area and on top usimg a thick barrier.
