(That's what she said) This car wash has a nice length to it which is an indicator that my car will get more clean than car wash places that are "shorter". I've been coming here since they first opened and recently noticed that the service has gone down a bit. Not soo much that I wouldn't come here anymore, but I did have to take my car to the side parking spots and dry my car down myself the last few times. (Yes I have a roll of those blue automotive paper towels in my car! ha!) The guys used to pop open the drunk and make sure it's dry within, but even when it's not busy, they failed to do so. They also did not wipe off all the window cleaner on the inside windows, so that's another downgrade in service. I get that they can miss some spots when the line gets long and they're rushing, but I was recently there with only a couple of other cars, and they still rushed me along. It's one of the more pricey car wash establishments I choose to go to and paid their price since their service WAS great. ($17 for "silver" which is one of the low end options). They do have a discount if you pay in cash, and also they have discounts on Monday (Men's Day $2 off) and Tuesday (ladies day $2 off).

They wrapped the hood, mirrors, and recommended some fragile interior pieces. I would have never thought to wrap the shiny interior piano black plastic but it kept finger prints off and ended up looking better and more consistent than the original surface. After all these years the wrap looks like new, and the interior pieces are perfect. My only regret was not wrapping the entire car, which is why I returned to have a new car fully wrapped. Felix, once again, made some important recommendations but not once tried to upsell or suggest unnecessary services. He suggested a ceramic treatment for the interior. I didn't realize the tendency for the white interior to stain, and managed to actually stain it before I could get it treated, unintentionally proving Felix's point. They also got the stain out. While I don't live close, it's worth the trip for their attention to detail and exceptional service. Also, when revisiting the original receipt the prices are still similar to nearly 7 years ago. You can still get fair prices in 2026.
