I may have 99 problems, but AV ain't one of them. If I ever need to hire an AV company again, I know EXACTLY who to call. Highlights 1) Super Responsive 2) Reasonable Prices 3) Easy to do business with 4) Professional 5) Just plain nice I contacted X-Treme on a Wednesday to do an event - a Celebration of Life for my Father - on the following Sunday. I Know... kind of last minute, but the in-house AV person at our upscale event space waited until the last minute to give us a quote that was absolutely ridiculous in price, forcing us to scramble at the last minute. Responsive: When I called, Jeff - who was clearly busy with other things - answered my call and made me a priority, stepping outside so that we could communicate with out distraction. He understood my urgency, and even though he was away from the office initially, he still got me a quote promptly in less than 2 hours after I called. Reasonable Price: His quote was literally 1/3 the quote of the in-house AV dude. That translates to real money... literally thousands of dollars in savings over the other quote. Easy to do business with: All the convenience you would expect from a modern business.... a clear and easy to understand professional looking quote presented electronically. One click to accept the quote and easy online payment options, in addition to traditional options (for the boomers). Professional: On the day of the event he showed up even earlier than he agreed and was well into setting up when I got to the venue... and it was a good thing. He discovered that a piece of equipment had been damaged in transport, and the fact that he'd arrived so early gave him the option of driving to his warehouse to replace it, which he did without complaint. Like a true professional, he took responsibility and fixed the problem. His setup was organized and clutter free. Our setup included multiple screens and audio sources, and he labeled everything and coached us how to manage the equipment so that everything ran smoothly. It was flawless! Just Plain Nice: Jeff, and his assistant Leslie were kind and empathetic. I got the feeling that they understood the magnitude of our event and resolved to make sure that AV would not be a problem. Instead of feeling like they were just a vendor, I felt like they were part of my team. read more

X-Treme Audio Visual Rentals - Movie Night with X-treme Audio Visual - Audio/Visual Equipment Rental Near Me

It's the 11th hour of your event planning and you're frantic. You take to Google search. X-Treme pops up. Ok, sounds extreme, but I get it. Let's check it out. The website gives you small business feels, and I love that. "I'm going to talk to a real human I think". Well I did. It was Geoff! He responded to his online inquiry form right away. He called me the next day and walked through everything. I'm always armored with 10 questions and this was no exception. Being a local favorite, he already know my venue. I'm really happy I contacted X-treme and their prices were very reasonable. You can get your slideshow done for sub $500, or splurge on the biggest and best outputs for still sub-$1,000. I hope to work with them in the near future. read more

It would not be fair on my part if I did not provide a review for the IMAG and Audio service Geoff provided at my daughter's wedding. I had a pleasant experience working with X-Treme A/V rentals. I worked with more than 20 vendors for different services and Geoff was clearly the most responsive vendor. He replied to my emails and texts almost instantly. He asked a lot of good questions and ensured that we had a good plan in place. He was willing to make the required arrangements and adjustments up until the last minute and left no stone unturned to ensure the perfect setup. To top it off, the prices for his services were very fair and he was punctual too. I would definitely recommend X-Treme A/V to anyone looking for A/V services. read more

We had Xtreme AV do audio and projection at our wedding in June 2022, and we honestly can't recommend them enough. My wife and I were VERY happy with our interactions with Geoff. He was extremely responsive to all of our questions and emails, and super friendly! Since Geoff had some extra time on his schedule, he even made an effort to check out the reception venue with us to confirm whether or not the equipment we were requesting from him would be sufficient for the size and dimensions of the room. He didn't try to upsell us to get any extra equipment than what we really needed and everything ran smoothly on our end for the wedding day! We would not hesitate to refer them to family and friends for their audio equipment needs. Thanks for the amazing service, Geoff! read more

With my son's Birthday approaching we wanted to try something different and outdoors so his friends would feel comfortable joining. Well I am here to say that X-Treme Audio Visual Rentals made my decision super easy and it turned out great. This is an excellent company and I would hire them again and again. I hired X-treme Audio Visual Rentals for my mom's Life Celebration in April 2022. I described a bit of what I needed over the phone and he figured out what kind of set up would work best for me. He threw in a microphone just in case I needed one. He was punctual and courteous and knows his AV stuff. He set up a speaker, screen, a mixer, and the microphone. After a brief tutorial on how to use the mixer, I was able to show my two slide shows and play my Spotify playlist. He made the day easier for me. read more

I needed a slide show at my parents' memorial. I wasn't sure how to make it happen, and so called X-Treme.
