I was given a date for a technician to come out. I was told an email would be sent with a date along with a picture of technician Brandon Falnnagan. First class at the office. I received a call from Brandon, on Tuesday as scheduled, he was on his way. When Brandon drove up. I looked at the service vehicle. Clean, well maintained, says al lot before the technician steps out. Brandon stepped up to the door dressed in company shirt, introduced himself with a smile. I invited Brandon in, he placed covers over his shoes. (THOUGHTFUL) We addressed the issues I was having with aunts. We covered the areas, Brandon went along with his inspection. My situation covered fire alarm,attic, outside areas. After inspection, Brandon shined as professional as he introduced himself. Knowledge of the trade, knowledge of products, explaining every aspect of products. Product that are safe for the home owner/pets/plants. The products I was using as a past spray applicator, I was controlling the issue. No need for service (HONESTY) not selling me a service I did not need. No charge for inspection. We thought we had set up a recurring service and were told we didn't. Also ended up paying more than originally quoted. For a different location, there was a schedule misunderstanding, and a cost misunderstanding. The owner was very nice and accommodating during communications, but we weren't pleased enough and switched to a different company. We do appreciate all of the hard work of the original cleaner as we know she did her best.

The smallest are double loads for $2.50. There are triple loads and what the label says is a Giant loader. All of these must be for families or the people who toss all laundry in together and hope for the best. ;p It takes about 20 minutes for the average wash cycle. The dryers are 25 cents for 7 minutes. The machines do a good job of cleaning and spin the water out well so it takes less time to dry. Because the dryers only need to use the time you actually need (usually I have time left over in dryers that give 45 minutes) the price may be the same for drying. I was told the laundry is pretty new and very clean. The machines take quarters. I would use this facility again and recommend it if you have large loads. * I did notice a sharp metal in the dryer so watch for this! Hopefully, the management sees and fixes it.

He does a good job of explaining pests, where and when they come in. We just don't have many spiders or any other critters in the house anymore. Early on he was very responsive with ant baits for us, even coming by in between visits to refill them. This year we've been dealing with a major rat infestation, thanks to our neighbor who has chickens. Lee has been on the problem from the start putting out multiple bait traps (very successfully) and when we found rats in the garage, he went all out, putting traps out and bait along with finding where they are coming into the garage and recommending how to fix those areas so they can't come back.
