Kept them on for years, price kept going up but they said they would do additional service at 3 visits a month. Many times they showed up off schedule so gates were locked. Many times they showed up and left in less than 10 minutes. These all counted as "visits" They mowed every week consistently, even in winter. Seemed like a charade just to justify their cost. Jacquie answered my inquiry quickly and was very helpful in getting me a prompt appointment that worked with my schedule. Cody came out and pointed out what the permit was requiring and followed up with the inspector to confirm. The next day Jacquie called to schedule another appointment to complete the work the following week. Cody took care of the issue (adding a backwater valve to the drainage piping and replacing some PVC with proper T&P piping) and followed up with the inspector, getting the work approved within a day. And he even came in under his initial quote! I really appreciate the prompt response and excellent work. I highly recommend them and will be reaching out with any future plumbing needs.
