They called us immediately, and owner Jake Trice came out with an employee to check out the problem and get some information. Within a day, a crew of 5 came out and spent the entire day working on the problem for us. They communicated with us regularly and were friendly, hard-working, and very considerate. They "worked their butts off" for hours in the front yard and cleaned up completely before reporting results to us and finishing up the job. We recommend them very highly!!!!

I went with a different local guy who said all the right things and bid low. The guy's website said: "Attention to Detail Guaranteed. I offer this service at an extremely competitive rate while not compromising on a quality finish." Boy, was that a lie! This guy had no business doing this type of work. But... that's a different review. I called Brandon and explained what was going on, and even though I didn't hire them, he took time out of his day, came out and gave me some critical feedback. Brandon was professional and clear, and as he talked I knew I had hired a general handyman to do a professional's job. If it hadn't been for Brandon and his expert advice, I would have been left with a shady contractor and an unfinished excavation site. He cleaned up ALL the debris that had fallen from the roof and gutters (even after I told him it was ok not to). Very pleasant man to work with, and he deserved every penny I paid him. They showed up on a Friday at 3pm when the owner said they'd start on Tuesday. They didn't knock on the door to say hello to tell me they'd be working on the roof. We figured out they were there when they dropped a bucket off the roof and scared the #%|] out of us. They scraped some moss off the roof. They supposedly spread some moss treatment but moss is still on part of the roof a month later. They were supposed to clean the gutters but during a good downpour last weekend water was pouring over the gutters so at least one downspout is still plugged. I would not recommend using these guys. I'm gonna have to pay someone else to do the job they should have.
