I got a missed call from them and I called them back and they said it was ready. I go pick up my computer only to try to get over charged until I told the guy I was quoted $129 then he wants to adjust the price. Then he tried to tell me he called twice last week to tell me my computer was ready but he couldn't produce his receipt, I have my receipt where I only got a call from them once. I'll never recommend them to anyone.

This SmartPhone Medic location got recommended to me so I went in for a quote. A price of $350 was given to me as the price of part and labor. I figured I would go with it. I dropped off the laptop and they told me it would be about a week. After a week, I got a call, picked up the computer and everything seems good so far. If the part ends up not working, I will definitely make an update but hopefully that does not happen.
