I had a lot of questions throughout the process, but Oscar was hard to get a hold of. He only responded to my messages through the app and didn't email me back (except for once, right before closing). A big issue came up when I realized the closing numbers were off after the closing got pushed back a month. The revised numbers should've been higher, but when I pointed this out, he apologized for the oversight and sent the corrected figures. Leading up to that, I had to chase him down through calls and emails, but he didn't respond until the day before closing. Unfortunately, my broker/realtor chose this title company, but based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them.

From the moment we opened title the escrow officer was screaming fraud. It was a literal nightmare for my private lender who also has the same impression and opinion. I asked for a wire authorization form be emailed to me but no I had to DRIVE to the title company to personally fill it out because FRAUD. Also this escrow officer demanded my actual broker who manages hundreds of agents personally write an email to the title company that there would no commission collected because she claims I told her I was the broker WTF. I am 100% certain this escrow officer does not do many investor transactions or volume in this office. She needs to be sent back to learn some customer service skills and familiarize herself with investor transactions. I will NEVER switch title co's again its definitely not worth the huge hassle. UPDATE After making me drive to the title co to fill out the wire auth form I get a call from Christy with more BS. The wire was flagged and rejected by my bank because Ive been a victim of identity theft. Except I just received a wire yesterday from a different title company and I personally wired money from my account as well, like I said run away from this title company they have zero clue what theyre doing. They have a secure portal so why couldnt they send me the form that way?? Seriously this woman went out of her way to make it difficult. A 3rd party verifies that yes, that was cleared, but still the title company stands on some less than a nit. This title company is very proud of their processes, and they have no reason to be, They have caused so much trouble, delay,and certainly more $$$. Buyer beware.

We can literally feel the difference between their service w/ minorities in comparison to the people they share the same skin color with. It was "glitters and rainbows and laughter" in the other room, while in ours- some paper work were missing, they had to print it out, acting as if we were wasting their time. Wish we could've looked @ other title companies who would have better served us.
