We just stayed at the Wyndham and it was a horrible experience! We felt so dirty from just a one night stay. We stayed on the third floor, which after talking to the front desk, apparently is the older of the rooms, and from our experience they shouldn't even be letting customers stay there. The pool was filthy! Hot, smelly of a lot of toxins, and what looked to be brown streaks around... it looked disgusting that we didn't go in. The room was hot and full of mold. You can tell they tried to patch the mold spots as the wallpaper was 'patched up.' See pictures. Wallpaper bubbling and ceiling damaged like they had a severe leak in the room above. The freight train was so loud all night waking us up multiple times a night. The cleaning crew didn't reset the alarms, so the previous guests alarms went off in the middle of the night - waking up the baby we had with us. And in the dark we could not see how to turn it off but accidently hit the snooze button which had the alarm go off yet again and wake everyone for the rest of the night. Let's just say we didn't sleep... The shower was pathetic!!!! The shower head was maybe $5. My exterior hose at home for gardening let off more of a spray! The drain backed up and wouldn't drain the shower water. There was no hot water. Mold damage and scraped up floors - disgusting! The bathroom mirror was installed crooked and banged up bad! The door looked like someone smashed into it with suitcases. The mold damage was pink and coming through the bubbling walls and ceiling. They actually put wallpaper over wallpaper instead of doing the job properly. The bathroom vent was dusty! The rugs were stained and patched! The remote control to the tv was caked in black dirtiness from fingers. We cleaned it and the rags was disgusting!! The beds were awful! Back pain and neck pain were there the next morning. The bedding looked so dated and the bed curtain at the base looked like an afterthought! the bedding was stained and old. The pillow was smashed in the case and was like a rock! The back electric sliding door to the garage was broken and not opening so you try to open it your fingers and it would start to go then slam close getting your finger stuck. Then try again and it would finally open. The elevators were loud and wobbly. The other elevators were out of order with maintenance. All night you could hear an electrical sound that was concerning. The AC unit when it kicked on was like the fright train going through town. It was so loud we flew out of bed to quickly turn it off! Sounded like yet another electrical problem. In the end we woke up with stuffed up noses from all the mold that night and it cleared up as soon as we left the hotel. We couldn't leave quick enough!! They won't refund your night stay if you book through a third party site, so money wasted!! Do NOT stay here! Spend the extra money and go across the street to the nicer hotel!! read more

I recently stayed at the Wyndham Springfield City Center from 11/27/24 - 11/30/24. I've stayed there previously at Thanksgiving. Upon check-in at around 430pm, I inquired if we might stay in the same room type as I had stayed previously (which was a complimentary upgrade as a rewards member). My request was accommodated by the manager. He said I would be charged $10/day for parking. I advised that last year there was no mention of parking charges, and asked why was I being charged this year (the hotel and parking garage were nearly empty). He waived the charge, which was appreciated. As it turned out, there was no parking attendant anyway. I also requested extra pillows, blankets, and a microwave. We unpacked in the room and went to visit family. Upon our return at around 1030pm, we discovered the room temperature was about 65 degrees. The pillows were delivered, but 2 mattress pads were delivered instead of blankets. I went back to the desk and the same manager was still on duty. I explained the situation and he said he could have maintenance look at it, but it would take some time. We were tired after a long day of travel and visiting, and did NOT want to wait for maintenance. I asked if there might be another room available on the same floor we could sleep in (without moving everything), and hopefully move back to the room in the morning. He only had a room on another floor. I asked if they could check to be sure it had heat. He had maintenance check, who said it was functioning. I went back to the room and spoke with the maintenance guy in the hallway who said the heat in the room would not be fixed overnight. I went down and told the manager we were changing rooms, and that it was a hassle to repack and move everything in the middle of the night, especially since my traveling companion had mobility challenges. The manager did not offer any assistance in the move whatsoever. I asked if I could get some credit for the inconvenience (I prepaid), and he said he had given me a room upgrade and parking already and instead, offered 2 coupons for COFFEE. I went up and moved everything (including the microwave) myself. By the time we got in bed it was well after midnight. The next day (Thanksgiving Day) we left around 11am and returned around 10pm. The room was cool (although not as cold as the other room) when we returned. I was not going to go through this all over again. We covered up with the mattress pads and turned the heat all the way up. I decided to let the desk know in the morning. When we left Friday I and asked if the heat in the new room could be fixed while we were gone. They said it would be taken care of. When we returned mid-evening, the room was minimally warmer, but by morning (check out date) it was 67 degrees. Upon check out, I explained all that had happened, and the desk attendant on duty was very apologetic. I asked if I could get some credit for the multiple inconveniences, and she said because it was prepaid, I could not. I asked if it was possible to get some Wyndham Rewards points instead. She said she would speak with the rewards manager on Monday and call me and let me know. I asked if we could get coupons for food instead of just coffee and she accommodated me ( she was very helpful and sympathetic). Mind you, there was no restaurant open in the hotel at all (which was an inconvenience in itself); only a Starbucks. We left with a very bad feeling from the whole experience, ruining what was supposed to be an enjoyable holiday visit, and vowed we would NEVER stay there again. There was no call on Monday. By Thursday, I decided to call and check the status of receiving Wyndham Rewards points. The same desk attendant answered and when I asked why she had not called, she said she spoken to her manager (the person we dealt with the 1st night) and he told her NOT to do anything for me (not even a courtesy call back?), and the he was not doing anything else for me. I asked if she spoke with the rewards manager, and she said she did not per his instruction. I felt bad for her, because she wanted to do the right thing but could not. I submitted a complaint on Wyndham's website, especially noting the lack of customer service by the manager, hoping corporate would step in. It turns out the complaints are sent directly to the hotel, and the same manager responded to the complaint. There appears to be no corporate oversight when submitting feedback about specific hotel stays. I even called the corporate office and they said only the property could respond. Being a seasoned traveler (business and leisure) and formerly in both customer service and service management in travel and other service industries, this low level of customer service at a hotel management level is surprising to me! The upgrade was PRIOR to any of the breakdowns; and is standard practice (upon availability) for all levels of loyalty at the other hotel brands I frequent. I expected more from a Wyndham. Unfortunately, this is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. All throughout our 2 night stay, I overheard so many patrons complaining about the hotel - lack of staff, lack of amenities, run down rooms, unacceptable noise level in the rooms, no coffee to be found... Here are some specifics: Service was awful. Checked in at approx 8pm on Sat. 6/25/21. There was a relatively long line to check in. 2 people were manning the front desk. Keith, the guy that "helped" me needs to take a class in customer service. I get it...it was a busy night (wrestling event next door) but you are a customer facing employee. Suck it up and put on a fake smile. This guy was slow and rude. He practically sighed in irritation whenever I asked him to repeat himself over the loud voices and glass partition. He was slow as molasses and took a call while not yet done with me. No apologies, no "excuse me". My husband said he even rolled his eyes at one point. Dude - if you are burnt out... get yourself another job. On another note, my nephew arrived around midnight after driving 4 hours and was turned away even though he made (and pre-paid for) a reservation. Granted he should have called to let them know he was arriving late... But yet another negative. On the day of checkout I went to the front desk at 6:15am only to be told by a security guard to come back in 15 minutes as the front desk person was "not there". They are terribly short staffed. Other nagatives: hotel needs a remodel, walls are super thin (not conducive for a good night sleep), no hot breakfast. Positives - Doris, the lady who was single handedly serving guests a "continental breakfast" at the Grille restaurant, was polite and efficient... And smiled! She was the only positive at this hotel. Easy walking to the downtown area, room was decent. We went and checked the rooms, per the reviews with bed bugs. No sign of them @ all, thankfully. Room is good size, has coffee maker and TV of course. No mini fridge, so get ice from the machine if you want a cold drink. Shower was clean except the mold on the bottom corner of curtain. My real problem was the cleaning crew started knocking @ my door @ 8 am. I went to the door and said check out is not until 11am. She said yes, and I go you can come back then. I have NEVER had this happen! This did not make me thrilled. However it is what it is. Side note. If you are a pokemon go player, you can reach 3 stops to spin. This is one of the worst hotel experiences, I have had. The primary reason is their horrible elevator system. As I type this review, I have been waiting for the elevator for over 20 minutes and I am now late to a meeting. Yesterday, we had to wait for over 15 minutes. This is completely unacceptable!!! Lesser issues. Multiple ice machines broke. The parking garage has low clearance and our travel bag hit the ceiling; that is a first after a lot of traveling with it. They took our towels and didn't replace. Poor performance from a hotel that looks great on the outside!!! Another issue that I am reminded of as I am here at my meeting. The toilet doesn't want to flush... it takes multiple attempts of holding the handle for an extended amount of time for it to flush. I will upgrade this to a 2 star, now that the anger has rescinded, no, I will leave it as a 1 star, because my wife was upset about waiting and tried to call and ask about the elevator and no one answered. I hate leaving bad reviews but I can't let this go unknown. This hotel is a pig stye. The pool area is dirty, with food on the floor (see below). There's no towels at the pool. As far as the rooms go, they're in need for a remodel. TV doesn't work, beds are uncomfortable, and the over all area is just horrid. It's great for conferences, I will say that. I was unimpressed, we arrived after booking online for a room cost of 118$, only to find that we needed $250 in CASH-no exception, as a room deposit, but couldn't cancel the room due to booking online. Apparently the locals in this town can't be trusted to take care of nice things. The ATM where I was to go get cash in the hotel was broken. So cash in hand, and 45 minutes later I finally got checked in. The front desk person gave us no information on breakfast, or check out time. He had a very flat personality for the job he had. This place has really gone downhill! Only 1 of 3 elevators to our floor worked. Pillows were pathetic and the room had an odd scent and bedding had hair on it. Check out was fairly efficient, especially since the process involved housekeeping/security checking room for damage and smoking odor, before giving you cash deposit back. I had a family emergency and ended up in Springfield late at night with my husband and our pup. This hotel is located conveniently near HSHS St. John's hospital where a family member was being treated. The hotel is pet friendly ($50 pet deposit) and is relatively nice/clean. The rooms were not very updated but they were spacious and had everything we could need for our stay. I also appreciated having a Starbucks with plenty of lounge space attached to the hotel, as well as on-site hotel parking. My family was able to meet up at the hotel and spend time in the lounge spaces since hospital admission for visitors was limited. If I were back in Springfield I would definitely consider staying again. read more

Never mind parking in the garage that requires you to circle the block to find the entrance. And never mind the garbage TV setup. You're here to stay the night and this Wyndham can clear that bar. But that's about it. The restaurant & bar are unfortunately understaffed (like everywhere), so patience is useful when awaiting a marginal meal or overpriced cocktail. We paid for a Junior King suite for $170 per night ($384 with taxes) for two nights... feb 14-16... and it wasn't worth it at all... First ... Room 2618 reeked of cigarette smoke... GROSS It has a beautiful view though....that I can say is the only good thing about our stay I expected the bathroom, at least to have dual sink... nope, it had the smallest bathroom ... so disappointing. The sliding door doesn't slide correctly and I got stuck inside trying to slide the door. I had to call my BF who was sleeping to help me. Ugh It has a nice little sitting areas which I appreciate. Lindsey is brighter, more Sun is coming thru and the ambiance is more accommodating and had just better choices Third..... What bothered me so much... is Saturday night round 7pm, we were headed to Bank of Springfield for our daughters competition... my bf Ben had to go pee. When he came out from the lobby's men's restroom, he was clearly upset....he told me that the security guard went inside that restroom ... While he was peeing.. the security guy asked my BF if he had a room in the hotel. What the hell??? You can't wait to ask AFTER he peed??? Racially profiling my BF. I mean who does that???? Why??? Because my BF is black? I'm sure they won't even ask a homeless Caucasian man that question while they're peeing. OUTRAGEOUS !!!! My BF told him our room number but dammit.... shame on you security man.... shame on YOU. Holy Hell, what a sh*t show. When I described our experience to a friend, she said it sounded like it was out of a far-fetched movie. We rolled up to a welcoming view of the normally rotating door haphazardly covered with a tarp. When I went to check in, there was an area covered with various signs: "Pool closed for maintenance until further notice." And a sign about covid and "any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a $250 fee." (This must be a BIG issue here because that was also posted on all the exit/ entrance doors). I had to ding a bell to alert a person of my presence, and that person was a girl who looked like a teenager--maybe just a young looking college student?-- in jeans and a sweatshirt. Ok. So I have to sign a paper basically saying if anything is stolen from our room, it's my responsibility, among the other usual things. You'd think the connected parking garage would be super convenient, and that WOULD be the case if the elevator was working. The narrow concrete stairs don't work as well with rolling bags. We get to the room--which was supposedly the second best room available--I think it was called a Junior suite, and it smelled horrible. (Turns out the last guests had packed kitchen stuff so they could cook eggs, sausages, and more, the remains of which were all in the trash can under the sink) The windows were filthy with finger/ hand prints and the room that was supposed to have a queen size bed actually had a double. And the bathroom was smaller than my closet. I've seen train and small cruise cabin bathrooms bigger than this. Ridiculous. I tried to call down to the desk, but the phone in the living room did not work. All those little buttons that are supposed to conveniently connect you to housekeeping, front desk and the like--not one of them worked. Went to the phone in the bedroom and it had a pulse dial (that was a trip down memory lane, thanks!) and I clicked one of the buttons and it pulse dialed something, but after one number, it went back and forth between the dial tone. We tried to turn the tv on and it did not work. As in: would not turn on at all. I went back downstairs to speak directly to the staff, but there was a sign up that read: "We will return in 10 minutes or less. Thank you for your patience." For real? Insert string of curse words here. I tried to call the main Wyndham number, but they were experiencing "technical difficulties" (the connection was staccato) and said to "Try back in 30 minutes" and they disconnected the call. We had dinner to get to, and the understanding that we would be charged one night if the room wasn't cancelled 24 hours in advance. I didn't get through til the next day, and the sweet gentleman from somewhere across the ocean informed me that someone would follow up with me in 7-10 days. Uhhuh. The trash from underneath the sink, which we put outside our door to be picked up was never picked up before we left 2 days later. The 2nd night it was very windy and we both had trouble sleeping because the building was moaning and creaking so bad. I was wondering if the bloody hotel was going to stay standing, and hoping if it were to partially break off, that the top would blow off first, since we were on the 21st floor. Our room wasn't serviced and for all this --the worst room we have ever had, and I mean EVER --congratulations, Wyndham, it takes work to suck this hard--we paid $200/ night with a AAA discount. I wish I'd seen these other reviews before we went. It's one of the few times I didn't check yelp, and I regret it! Never again! read more

I normally don't write reviews, but needed to share my experience. Firstly, the room they gave us smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke we asked to switch to another one. Second, I woke up with a BED BUG crawling in my sheets. I normally check the mattress/sheets and behind the bed board when we check into any hotel, and surprisingly found nothing at our stay here. Sadly, woke up to a confirmed bed bug. Staff were not helpful, I had to wait for 3 hrs for someone from maintenance to come up and confirm that it was a bed bug. I also had to wrap all my belongings in trash bags and change out of my clothes to ensure I don't bring any home. Overall disappointed, and they never reimbursed me for anything. I do like this hotel.however when you rent something like a suite (we got a jr suite) you would think there would be at very least a microwave and a fridge..this did not.it also did not have a exhaust fan in the bathroom, which I found to be weird. There are several nice restaurants in the building but they stop serving and or close at 10 PM.we got there at 9:50 so we were SOL..the TV is alot smaller then you would expect for a room like this but was not that big of a deal. The hotel is accommodating to dogs though, which is a huge plus in my book.and you are not limited on breed nor what room you pick with a dog.long as the dog is under 100 lbs.my dog is 60 and most places do not allow them to be over 40 or 50. A spare blanket in a room this size would also be nice! Over all I did enjoy the stay and the place was nice and clean and very friendly staff!! read more

This was... not great. My issues: 1. We arrived at about 11pm. We pulled into the front and my mom went in to check us in while I waited with our stuff. Parking was elsewhere, so we figured I could just wait. I could see her walking around the pretty much dark and definitely abandoned lobby. I had tried to call several hours before and tell them we were a late check in (drove in from Kansas) but could only get through to a customer service center where neither of us could understand each other. I decided to try and call again and just hit 0 until it let me talk to someone. I told her my mom was wondering around in the dark lobby and she said "she didn't ring the bell. I'll go help her." And hung up. So I text my mom to let her know someone was coming. When she came out to the car she said the lady told her "you have to ring the bell." My mom informed her there was no bell and she basically was like "oh. I didn't put it out." 2. We got parked which was fine. Found our way into the hotel and my goodness... I've never seen a more unnecessarily complicated layout. Elevators only go to certain floors, you can easily end up walking in circles without realizing it, etc. Also the carpet throughout in many places was either gross or ripped up. 3. We found our room and seemed fine. We were exhausted and ready to pass out. We both went to the bathroom and when we flushed the toilet, it made this TERRIBLE noise as it refilled for about 3-5 minutes. I just made it a point to not go in the middle of the night so that I wouldn't wake my mom up. 4. As we laid down we heard this terrible metal on metal sound that kept happening. It was nearly impossible to go to sleep and I didn't figure out what it was until the next day: they have this large flags out front and it was metal on metal hitting the pole. I know that's out of their control when it's windy like it was, but with how often the wind is bad there it might be a good idea to like... not have them. I don't think people care that much about flags lol 5. We had a show to go to Friday night (we only came to Springfield for the show before going on to Chicago) and when we got back of course most places are closed for the night. We wanted some ice and a soda, and there were machines everywhere for them. I had to go to 7 different floors to find either an ice or coke machine that worked. It sucked lol Overall, not a great experience. I've had worse, but wouldn't want to stay there again. read more

They moved two rooms of kids to a different room on our wrestling trip at 3am because of a flood on our floor. Refunded one. Then double charged our credit card when we paid cash for the rooms. Then they tried to blame our students for the flooded floors in the rooms they were moved out of in the middle of the night because of "this issue that just happens sometimes." We were then charged an additional $350 for the flooding and for, allegedly, a broken bed. And the walls are so thin that we (and all of our students) on the floor, since it's a circular hallway, heard the people in the adjacent rooms screaming obscenities, drunkenly fighting, and slamming doors until midnight. We will not be returning to this hotel next year for Abe's Rumble, and I would give zero stars if I could. read more

Average big chain hotel. We booked on Hotwire so got a good price for one night. ($120) The front desk check in was easy and quick when we got there. There are several parking options; valet ($20), self parking ($10), public garage ($7), or meters on the street. We were there during the weekend so we parked on the street for free. The room was average with two Queen beds. We had a dismal view of the adjacent parking garage. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Lots of youmg sports teams in the hotel, so kind of noisy. There is a Starbucks in the building but I would suggest going a few blocks away to Moxos. Good central location in Springfield. Overall, it wasn't bad for the price. read more

I stayed here when I came into town for the Lincoln Presidential Half Marathon and can say that if I ever visit Springfield again, this is the only place I'd stay. It's easy to find since it's huge! The parking lot is right around back and the parking was easy with entrances directly into the hotel. My check in was quick and painless and that lobby was pretty clean. I stayed on the 21st floor and the only weird thing is the elevators. I obviously chose the wrong bank of elevators as it didn't go to the upper floors. Definitely an oversight by me not paying attention but the higher floor elevators were directly across and wow, they were fast! My room was incredibly clean and smelled nice. I was by myself and the room was pretty big but hey, I'm worth it! The prices were decent for a hotel like this and my view from the 21st floor was unbelievably breathtaking...see photo! Definitely worth a little extra to stay here in a great place with easy access to local restaurants and parking. read more

Solid hotel. We had a glitch with the rental car and needed to stay the night. It was between this and the Abe Lincoln across the street. Abe was more expensive and based on reviews figured Wyndham was just as good for the lower price. It indeed feels like it was built in the 60s. Interesting tower design that very well could have had a rotating restaurant at the top ages ago. The lobby was outdated but the rooms were perfectly lovely. I wish that it had USB chargers with the alarm or at least better outlets but it was fine. No gift shop which was odd since the signs in the lobby still say there is one. Be honest! How old are the pictures on the website? 15.. 20yrs old?? This place has been depleted. Management has been using this place as they're playground. This iconic building has destroyed. Safety for the public is out the door. I question how city inspectors have overlooked the fact they haven't had an operational fire sprinkler system in over 2yrs!! How would anybody be safe if a fire broke out on the 10th floor? All those people on the upper floors are in real trouble! You should call ahead before booking......... read more

Staying here the weekend of May 14th through 16th. Was given room 1212 went in tv wouldn't turn on. Hotel gave assistance to turn on but then ever station no receptio. Called back down to desk they said maintenance man was injured and went home. They said they would get me another room. We waited about 40 minutes for keys. We were then given room 1214. In the bathroom sink hot water sprayed all over the place and there was mold all over the tub. I have been to this hotel over 20 times the last 10 years and this was the worst. NASTY!! 2 rooms both lacked basic cleaning. And NO compensation for the plastic fruit they claimed was a continental breakfast. Will not recommended this place for anyone. The toilet barely flushed. Many of the television channels were not available. read more

Many issue, primarily noise: Upside: Mike the bellman made a point of telling us his name at least three times in the first hour or so of our visit. He was curteous and helpful, as we had a snag upon leaving as the hotel van driver was not back as expected to depart at 8am to catch the train. That driver had gone to the airport at 7:30, which we were told was a 12min drive each way. He encountered some unforeseen delay in his return. We had signed up our first night, Thurs, for the ride Sunday morning. We were attending a Symposium Fri and Sat, and the facilities and food for that were acceptable. On the downside: Our room was horrid. The appearance was generally ok, tho hair on the tub ledge from previous guest remained in place our whole stay. The noise of the building in the daytime with distruptive banging sounds which seemed behind the headboard of the window bed were one thing. The total clatter like a tornado waking us in the middle of the night was terrifying. The first afternoon my roommate contacted the desk about the banging noise, who said they would check on it, and a potential room change, but we never heard any more. The next night when the far worse sounds awoke us she called again. They sent the engineer up, who had only worked at the hotel months. He stated he had never heard it so bad. It was already less than when we called down. There was a security guard at another room door who had four room numbers he was visiting who had complained. All he offered was that this was acceptable and provided us with earplugs. At that point in the middle of the night I looked at Yelp reviews to see the lowest reviews by others about this noise factor of creaking. Decades before, my roommate had stayed at the hotel, before it was even a Hilton, and recalled some creaking noises. It was nothing like our first banging sounds. The air conditioner is loud when it comes on, especially for the person sleeping in the bed next to it, and awakened us multiple times. Of minor importance was the relative lack of electrical outlets for recharging devices. When we checked out I mentioned our dismay, and my roommate clearly made her opinion known to the hotel desk. Hard to say another room likely would have helped much, as the presenters and some attendees also spoke about the interrupted sleep from sounds. Would a credit for at least one night of our three night stay be in order? Yes. Will we EVER return? No, not even to eat there. Will we ever stay at another Wyndham? Hard to say, but just now not very likely. read more

This hotel is in bad shape for being in such a prominent location. I do not recommend staying here. - Water damage on the ceiling of the room. - Trash on the floor in the elevator and in the hallways. - Something was causing the room to be so humid that EVERYTHING in the room felt damp. - A few blue sticky spots on the sheets that suggested they were not washed before our stay. - The ice machine didn't work on multiple floors and required me to call and ask what floor the ice machine did work on. - Mirror fixture did not work in the bathroom. - Outdated decor. read more

Zero stars isn't an option so 1 is generous. No hot water at all - not even at the sink and not even luke warm. When I went to check out I saw the list of people complaining of no hot water. They offered no resolution. The rooms were dirty, carpets had stains. All night long it sounded like clanking metal from the wind blowing on the building. I would not stay here again. If I wasn't here for a conference I would have left and booked somewhere else. read more

I am born and raised in Springfield, IL and when this place was the Hilton, it was not bad at all. Now I come back home and stay there for a couple of days.......WORST decision I made. This place has COMPLETELY fallen off. For starters you want to charge $15 a day for parking! It's SPRINGFIELD not Chicago! Yeah for someone who is not from there they would have just paid it. This was SAD! The room definitely needed an upgrade! Just because you put white bed sheets on the bed doesn't make the room nice. The A/C noisy and loud. The plaster above the window and in the bathroom completely falling down. The carpet smelled just flat out looked dirty. And on top of all of this, you charge my card $25.00 for no reason? When I called to get an explanation stating, yes I used that card for incidentals, no one could explain to me why my card was charged and I was transferred several times. You had no intention of crediting my card so I had to call my bank and dispute the charges. Next time I come back hoe I will definitely be staying at the Crowne Plaza. read more

We did a fundraiser Christmas party there and the venue was beautiful. Dawn and her staff (Lolita, Ramel & Andrew ) did a fabulous job making sure that everything was perfect! Food, drinks, decor, etc... we showed up early to Tweak things, and there was seriously nothing to tweak! read more

I enjoyed my stay last week and the room service. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

There is no refrigerator in the rooms and the internet didn't work, even after I called and asked about it. The pool was down for maintenance and they never said anything about it. We'll stay at a different hotel next time. Location was great but the hotel let us down. read more
