An extremely skinny person sat with me in the basement. She asked where I wanted to lose the "inches" I said my mid-section. I was told it was easy and I was guaranteed a 6 inches loss. My waist measures 30 inches and I am 5.8", so I expressed that I don't need to lose 6 inches. " It's measured in 3 different places of your mid-section: you will lose 6 inches" When I asked what would happen if I don't lose it, I was told "it's impossible, unless you are taking Prozacs, these days, Docs love to prescribe Prozac: it leads to weight gain and make the poor ladies even more depressed" The "lady" I met said so many enormities, I couldn't believe she would be allowed to talk to potential clients. Things like (And i swear I am not making anything up here) "You will lose fat everywhere: fat cells talk to fat cells" "We all want to lose inches, but don't want to go to the gym" "I had a gym for 12 years and working out does not burn the fat" "There are other options, like lipo, but you should know that I am fixing those poor ladies who had lipo: the fat starts to appear all over their upper body" I could go on for more, but I guess you get the point by now...
