I paid for the program for the year and loaded up with food and the starter kit. Over $1,000 later I left with a bag full of processed food, a ton a new restrictions and very little guidance. I was faithful to the program and did loose weight, but don't let their marketing fool you this is diet culture in green packaging. The program is restrictive. If you go off plan at all, even a little bit you are more than likely not going to loose weight. I don't know how anyone can maintain being hungry for that long. I faithfully attended the weekly meetings. When struggling I was often meet with "have you looked in the guide?". If all the information I would possibly need was in the paper guide why would I need to pay to attend a weekly meeting? I understand the workers/coaches aren't therapists, but food can often be tied to deeper issues that an unhealthy eating habits. When I brought up one of these deeper rooted issues I was told point blank "well do you want to loose weight or not?" and my issue was brushed off. Most of the other coaches I worked with talked positively about their eating habits; which with more reflection are disordered eating habits. I finally quit the program after having gained weight and their recommendation was that I just needed to buy more food. I didn't schedule another meeting and they never called me to keep going with the program. They sure did contact me to sell me on a new program though. Meeting with a nutritionist through my doctor has proven to be cheaper and more effective.

Hi I also have a problem with the counselors here. When I first came on they had a manager that was…read moregood and has since left. The one girl I had-which is no longer there was not only over weight but tried to pressure sell me. Total turn off. The other two-are ok but dont think they qualify to be teaching weight loss. Sorry-I like Kelly but she has probablly never had to deal with being over weight and the other one Joanna just gives lip service. I started out great and lost 15 pds. But now I have become Non motivated because of the help at this clinic. They weigh you in and try to sell products. Every time you go in-its the same thing-We have a sale going on. I still need to lose 20-25 pds. but just got really tired of going in when I wasnt getting nothing from it.We (my husband and I) going together but Sorry I can get more results myself then from them. We paid good money too and Now I feel like it was wasted. Another thing that bothers me-they dont listen. I asked that they do not SEND postcard in mail about my weight loss. (I am very private) and dont want the world to know my business. But low and behold I got another card today. STOP. Fed up with your lip service and your inability to listen to the customer. You have lost a client and Im sure there are more. You need to get someone in this position that can really HELP or your not going to have any clients.

It is hard to really be motivated to lose weight at this location. The "Weight Loss Counselor" I…read moretalked to is not only overweight herself, but is not even medically trained in the area of nutrition. I decided to make an appointment with a clinic dietician at my doctor's office. At least I know they are properly educated, and they don't try to sell me a bunch of strange, expensive products.

Truly the most knowledgeable and informative provider I've ever worked with…read more I came in for chin filler and sculptra, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. What stood out most was how real and honest she was. She took the time to explain everything clearly, gave thoughtful and truthful feedback, and helped me build a realistic plan that actually made sense for my goals. I've seen several providers over the years, and I can honestly say I've never met anyone as knowledgeable as Andrea. I left feeling confident, excited about next steps, and really good about my results. If you're looking for someone you can truly trust, she's it.

At my initial consultation, I came to your office for Botox for my forehead lines. During that…read morevisit, you personally told me Botox would cost approximately $143 for the groupon price. You then began discussing additional services and suggested filler treatment. I made it very clear that I did not know anything about fillers and relied entirely on your professional guidance. Before I left, you asked if I would help train your new employee by serving as her model patient while you taught her how to perform filler injections. You explained that before-and-after photos would be taken for training and promotional purposes and represented this arrangement to me as part of helping your new employee learn. At no point did you clearly explain that I would later be billed hundreds of dollars for filler treatment performed during this training appointment. I agreed to help you and your employee in good faith. When I returned for the appointment two weeks later, the experience was unacceptable from start to finish. I arrived on time and still waited while you knew I had limited time available. During the procedure, only a small amount of filler appeared to be used on the left side before you instructed the new employee to inject the right side. She was visibly nervous, repeatedly poked me, dropped needles, and appeared inexperienced and uncomfortable the entire time. I now have a noticeable bulge near my right eyebrow from this appointment. You then left the room and instructed her to handle billing. She continued poking my forehead several more times without proper communication, and I was told to return again in two weeks because the results would supposedly "take years" to correct. When I reached the front desk, I was blindsided. Neither you nor your employee had the professionalism to come speak with me directly about these charges. Instead, I was left standing at the front desk shocked and confused while you avoided the conversation entirely. I paid because I do not walk out on businesses, not because I agreed with or accepted the charges. To make matters worse, when I requested a receipt, your office could not even provide one. I never agreed to these charges. I never signed for these charges. I never consented to paying hundreds of dollars for a training procedure performed by an inexperienced employee under your supervision. I also did not consent to photographs being taken, yet photos were taken anyway. This entire experience felt deceptive, unprofessional, and financially predatory. I came into your office trusting your representations and left feeling taken advantage of. If this matter is not resolved by that time, I will continue pursuing the dispute through my credit card company and will also consider filing formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection and professional licensing agencies regarding unauthorized billing practices, lack of informed consent, and the conduct of this appointment. This was my first experience at your business, and it was by far one of the most unprofessional and disturbing customer service experiences I have ever encountered.
