I like tracking calories so I did that and following their diet, i was eating MAX 1,000 calories per day which is so unhealthy. Don't get me wrong, I did lose 10 pounds within 14 days, but i was hungry all the time and it was not sustainable, so I ended up stopping after 2 weeks. Complete waste of money and time. Please do anything else but this program because it ruins your metabolism and is so unhealthy. Owner said they reached out and I did not respond, which is a lie. I definitely responded and was trying to figure out how to not have so many sugar cravings and they recommended purchasing another medication and taking those drops that suppress hunger. I also literally showed my doctor the meal plan with how many calories to eat everyday and she said that it is so not healthy and likely what has contributed to my low metabolism now because that low of calorie intake made my body go into survival mode. I responded to their email with screenshot proof that I did respond to their messages and they are still trying to gaslight me and say i'm the idiot. Clearly someone deleted my messages just to make them look like the good guys! Do not use this company if you want to be gaslit and lied to!

Owner does not have integrity with appointments and will not accommodate a person that works FT M-F…read moreas there's not enough time slots between 6 PM and 7 PM and he will not adjust the hours. I was going here for well over 2 years and it was always a difficult task to get in and to make appointments ahead of time for the week. You have to make them two or three weeks ahead of time and I don't always know my schedule ahead of time. Saturday mornings worked best for me and he wouldn't give me those timeslots as I wasn't a "new customer". He saved those for the new customers. He kept my money also. I used to like coming there until it felt disrespectful of my time and a little bit creepy. A lot of arrogance with him and his scheduling and he is not accommodating to existing customers, and he certainly is not good at Customer Service. I absolutely would not give this person your money and I would run as fast as I can. Slimgivity is a great concept, you can find other areas in the cities that will accommodate the Red Light Therapy with the wrapping of your body the targets difficult spots that hold fat. I haven't been for a few years. I can finally write a review that is true and justified. Eric blocked me from all social media initially and immediately as he knew I was going to write a review. He still owes me $110 as he wouldn't reimburse me when I could not get in for appointments. I had pretty much had it with him and his lack of customer service and I told him exactly that. He would not give me my money back. Run as fast as you can from this business. He doesn't deserve your time or money.

Personal recommendation: join Planet Fitness, start by doing something, get active, and try to control what you eat and the volume of what you eat. Minimize snacking and prioritize protein.

A Better Way Health Center describes itself as a preventative health care center. There are a…read morecouple of dieticians and one doctor that runs this office. Everything about this place is outdated and I think it's to save costs since it's located in the Southdale Center in Edina. I just imagine that the rent is expensive. When you first enter, you are seated at an outdated computer to answer questions about your diet and exercise habits within the last 7 days. After you complete this questionnaire, you chat with a dietician and she weighs you, takes your blood pressure, and pulse rate. Then the dietitian will offer advice based on your needs and challenges. It's all pretty generic and sometimes can make one feel as if this is a sketchy service being provided. After speaking with the dietitian, then each patient speaks with the doctor and he will prescribe you a month's supply of phentermine and schedule your follow-up appointment. The entire appointment takes less than 30 minutes and a months supply of medicine will run you under $100. This office does not accept credit cards; cash or check only. In addition, they do not accept insurance and the service is by appointment only, however, I am sure they will not turn away any walk-ins. The office is located on the first floor of the building and has plenty of free parking spaces in the private lot. There are also spaces reserved for 2-hour parking.
