So I am a little bit mixed on this place.
I mean, the program works very well so long as you do the program. I've been on just over a month, and have lost 15 lbs. The thought of getting on a scale and being fatter as opposed to less fat is a good motivator. Their prepackaged foods - while a money-sink- are an easy way to keep track of points and snacking, and generally, I don't feel stabby or starving for missing out on foods I like.
The meetings, however, are just not geared toward dudes.
To be fair, I am usually the only dude in the meeting,so they probably shouldn't cater to me. But, since they are advertising using the dudely Sir Charles Barkley, and making it kind of man-centric in their marketing, their materials should be somewhat reflective of this.
