But for the past two years I just have semi-annual check-ins that don't provide much value. They manage my GLP-1 prescription and have mishandled the most recent dose increase. It's been sitting for 2 weeks with no action; and haven't answered multiple voice and Gateway messages. Then today they sent me an email as "a patient who has confirmed they are no longer taking GLP1"!! Once this one is sorted I'm switching control to my PCP.

The massage felt good but for the price fell short for me. You enter into a bay that is divided with a curtain from the customers next to you. While you're paying for your $175+ massage you can hear the conversations going on around you. Upon finishing you're lead right to their "wellness room" where they show you all of their products and supplements they have for sale and then led to the front desk to sell you on packages immediately. I think the experience would have been more worth it if I hadn't seen my money being thrown in their "upscale" tactics like solid black toilet paper, custom towels that you can see until you're getting re-dressed in dim lighting, and everything they own being labeled with their logo. I would have preferred a cheaper massage for what we're all there for - lympathic drainage.

My cousin was not interested and I suggested she transfer the package to someone else if possible. She contacted the owner to explain and ask if a transference was an option. The owner said yes but the new party would need to pay $100 for a consult. What??? $100 is paying for the colonic, lady. She is attempting to gouge people and it's so messed up this is what we do each other. How do you prey on a desperate mother and then have the temerity to think she's going to then hand you another person to take advantage of. Don't go here. Go for someone more ethical and less heartless. I wouldn't trust this kind of greedy spirit.
