This is My first experience getting treated by a Chiropractor and I'm glad i found this Dr. He is professional knows what he is doing (i cried the first time from relief never knew i held in so much pain) and I enjoy coming for adjustments. The pain I have endured for many years has now decreased. With continued care It will and has been getting better. I use to be a dancer and live a very active outdoorsy lifestyle after the birth of my child I had horrible back pain from the epidural coming has helped immensely. The receptionist Helen in the front desk was rude. I believe she was covering for the other receptionist Denise whom was on vacation and seem really frustrated in doing her job in the front desk. She gave me an attitude when she's in the front desk. When I see Helen in the front desk, I dread walking in and I shouldn't feel that way especially I'm the customer. I decided I'm not coming back and this is my second session already. I was referred by LOTS of friends/colleagues at the clinic/hospital that I worked at that Dr. Wu is a great Chiropractor. Yes, Dr. Wu is an awesome Chiropractor but his Helen is scaring customers away. On a brighter note, I agree with my colleagues and friends about the electromagnetic machine it was great! read more

Dr. Wu has been our family Chiropractor for over 4 years. We first saw them at their location in Diamond Bar, and happily followed them to their state-of-art office in Chino. From the first time I met Dr. Wu and his gracious and approachable staff, myself and my family knew that his office was top notch. He doesn't just simply adjust your back, but rather treats your entire system as a whole. When you first meet him he takes the time to question you about your lifestyle your habits and anything else that you may be experiencing currently that would contribute to your pain. After seeing him I also learned that I was having digestive issues and other ailments that was directly related to the symptoms I was experiencing. A year ago I was diagnosed with three cervical bulging discs and right shoulder tear and was in severe pain. One of my physician friends suggested to go to a chiropractor and fortunately for me I work down the hall from Dr. Wu. I love love love him and his staff. Helen and Denise are very accommodating to scheduling my appointments and reminders. Sonja, the Massage Therapist is the best I've ever had, better than any resort massage I've ever gotten. the office is very difficult to contact so I have gone thru the exchange.. which is NO GOOD. The exchange does not relay messages like cancellations to the proper person nor do I ever get a call back to reschedule like I'm told . Now I can't make any appointments because of their inadequacy. Dr. Wu is a great and effective chiropractor. I have been one of his patients for 11 years. He has kept my body pain free-despite all the heavy lifting I have to do as a professional puppeteer. I also had what I called a water fall knee. Climbing up a slippery waterfall on the island of Hawaii I injured my knee. I went in to the office for my back adjustment and I also let Dr. Wu know that I'd been having lots of wrist pain. He quickly told me what I had was tendonitis, he adjusted my shoulder and gave me some of his magical electrical pulses. He is a miracle worker because today my range of motion is so much better. Dr. Wu is amazing! I went to him after many other types of treatments and was still having unbelievable pain in my lower back and hip. His treatment has allowed me to start living a normal life again without fear of making the pain worse. I have to say him and his team really care and work hard to improve your condition. My daughter has been suffered from eczema for almost 5 years now. We visited many many specialists. Most doctors asked us to take antibiotics and cream with steroid. I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated at this chiropractor office. I was in a car accident recently and tried physical therapy first to try to alleviate my pain. It wasn't working so I got a referral from my Dr to go to chiropractor. I already had a Dr that I spoke to and had 1 session with. He didn't have any problem with having a lien for payment since it's common practice. My Dr office is across the way from Wu chiropractic and I've been thinking of going to see him for myself as well as my children. I've been taking my children on and off for years whenever they would get injured. I always pay cash. I wanted to try Wu chiropractic due to how he seemed to have the appoach to treat underlying issues. Not just adjusting. When I first went to the office and they were actually open. Every time I tried they seemed to be closed. I waited for 1 &1/2 hours then was told he couldn't see me. Not even to talk. Then I came today and, I forget my paperwork. So they said I couldn't be seen without it. So I went home got the paperwork. I when I got back to office they first wanted me to talk to a lawyer. I told them that I didn't want a lawyer. Then I was told that they couldn't see me because they needed something in writing from the insurance company. They won't do a lien. I told her she should have told me that in the first place. I wasted over 3 hours with them. Dr Martin across the street I would highly recommend. He's great. Staffs great. Saw same day. No hassle. read more
