Jack even came and remeasured our floors after we decided to install a mix of straight planks and herringbone. We considered a few vendors but VM Flooring had the best selection, a fair price, and we felt very comfortable with their service. The finished floors are absolutely beautiful. The installers did amazing work, were very courteous, and went the extra mile to make everything perfect. We are really happy with the results and would definitely recommend VM Flooring to anyone considering new floors for their home.

They installed the cabinets that I sourced from another company (although they also manufacture their own cabinets in-house), and everything was installed to spec with the trim pieces cut perfectly to match. For the countertops, I sourced my own quartzite slabs, and F&L handled the rest. They picked up the slabs, created the templates based on my cabinets, fabricated everything, and completed the installation. The templating team also went above and beyond to make sure my expensive slabs were used as efficiently as possible with virtually nothing wasted. They took the time to help me plan the layout so the veining flowed naturally across the countertops and backsplash, which made a huge difference in the final result. As someone who had never gone through this process before, I really appreciated their patience and attention to detail. A special shout-out to Fernando, who was my representative throughout the project. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly patient with all of my questions and design changes. He made the entire experience smooth from start to finish and always took the time to answer my calls. I highly recommend the team at F&L Granite. I needed my bedroom painted ASAP, so I called Wilson and he gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. He came the next morning in person to inspect the room and determine what supplies were needed for the job, and also to discuss what color I wanted the room painted. After getting supplies, he arrived again the next morning and got started. The finished product looked awesome! He patched up plenty of holes and cracks on the walls, painted the walls, and also did great work on the baseboards. Additionally, I really appreciated how on time he was. He arrived promptly in the morning and he is very easy to reach over the phone! Plus he's a cool, friendly guy and great to talk to. He checked a few boxes on a page of paper he had. He had hand surgery, a week before. He conveniently forgot about all the issues we talked about. I had 3 other professional painter submit quotes. When I asked him back he reassured me all would be taken care of. He diluted the expensive paint I ask for. He sprayed didn't back roll over. He didn't scrap or sand any pealing areas we discussed about, (see photos) he did a horrible job of fixing cracks that have now come back, he dumped paint other materials down my sewage drains, until I caught him at it. He did a half ass on the whole project His job on the front of my house replacement of siding which needs to be replaced now. Its paint is pealing and siding is bowing out word. ( see photos )He didn't use the proper T&G siding. He found and used inferior materials. He taped off all the windows on our home and held us hostage in our home for 3 weeks, he dumped hazardous chemicals in my back yard in back of my storage shed, trying to hide that. He broke our backyard garden water back flow prevention devise. (See photos) He sprayed our brand new heating and cooling system air conditioner coils with paint, instead of taping them off as I asked. He didn't repair some places that the roofers left after they had to make holes in siding and facia boards. He didn't replace structural 2X 4 boards but posted pictures of my home on line as completed. He got over spray on the body of the house with black paint. He painted our entry door and side doors with one coat of paint only. He would not give a materials used and quantities when asked. We observed him diluting the paint when manufacture says do not dilute it. I'd wouldn't recommend you do not business with Affordable painting for any services.

I had already received 2 other estimates from other painters on Yelp, so I was ready to get started. So the guys show up at 8am on Wednesday and start priming the wood. They worked from 8am til 5pm on Wednesday and Thursday, then finished the job at noon on Friday. Nice! The color was perfect and they give a one year guarantee so if it needs some touch up, Pete says they will come back and do the touch up. Good price and excellent workmanship. In their defense I did not point the places out to them because I did not notice most of them until after the crew left. Paint got eeeeeeeeverywhere. Even inside desk drawers and the dishwasher. It kind of blew my mind because they did an excellent Dexter-level plastic wrap job of the place from what I could tell! -the sheen was wrong in a couple areas. They were fixed free of charge very quickly.
