I went down every single aisle and every other DSW I've been to has a little black placard that says available and wide with. Not one of their heels or sandals had this display. I was not about to spend my time going through every single shoe to find a wide with shoe or heel that I needed. Very disappointed in this since DSW is one of the few places you can get White Whitfield. I really hope that the staff here makes it easier for shoppers to find what they're looking for without having to waste all the time to find out ourselves if they have wide width or not.

When we went inside, a lady was already mad dogging me because of my shirt. My shirt had Donald Trump shooting his head. Somehow that must have offended her. My mama then asked that same lady for assistance of shoes and she gave my mama a hostile tone "No. We don't have" like if we did something to her. Then we asked no further questions and got a pair of shoes to go get it exchanged and the hostile lady was in the front counter telling her coworker "can you serve them? I can't." Then my mama asked for a manager and her coworker automatically assumed the role of the manager and obviously trying to defend her coworker. Then the hostile lady threatened to file a lawsuit against my own mama because her boyfriend is a lawyer supposedly and because my mama called her out on her bad costumer service. The "manager" then said that my mama is banned from the Skechers once we make the exchange. All because of my Donald Trump shirt, people go stupidly crazy. If no one wants to work or cannot handle customer service jobs, QUIT WASTING YOUR TIME AND JUST QUIT.

Sometimes Macy's or JCP will have better prices during a big sale. What you will find is a great selection of sizes. We saw some sizes you never see in regular retail stores. The did have a couple of major clearence racks that were dirt cheap. You just have to be a not-normal size because all the medium and large items were pretty picked through. What stood out, though, was the custom service. We had at least 4 people ask if we needed anything, and we did have a couple of questions, so that was great. They did ask us if anyone helped us when we made a purchase (from the 80% off rack) so I assume there is some kind of commision paid. We were there right when the opened, which was great because nobody was in line. When we came back later, deciding we wanted to buy something else, we found the line was long. And even though 5-6 people were ringing up customers, it was still slow. Partly because they try to get everyone to sign up for the membership program to earn points. We opted out of that both times we "maybe" visit once a year.

I hope I can come back soon. They're really helpful and I don't get hassled a lot so I get to take my time and shop and decide. I'm hoping to come back again soon even though the drive is a bit traffic. The shopping plaza here is really low key chill and I enjoy the experience here because of the excellent customer service. I am thinking to either come back for second pairs or buy the other color and style but it's still not on sale so I want to check back again soon.

He went above and beyond when I arrived and started showing me other options and looking for sizes in the back. I wish I would of gotten his name, I was in such a hurry I just didn't pause to think. But to his manager I hope you read this, I am also a customer service manager and that kids attitude and disposition to help even when I was in such a hurry really has me now paused and thinking that the least I can do is write a nice review about him, I looked at my receipt and his name is not on it. My husband and I took our girls back to school shopping a few weeks ago. The lady told us there was…read morea sale on socks for $5 so we picked up some sock with our shoes. We used a coupon and while ringing us up the lady failed to mention the socks would not be on sale with my coupon. I returned to the store after realizing this. I explained I wanted only the shoes with the coupon I had. They began the return and my coupon was not longer valid (the only reason I went to the store in the first place). They called the manager who said the coupon didn't work and her correction was to sign up with a different email (why would I do that?). So I said forget it and I asked for a full refund. I am a couple weeks out from this event. My original receipt (with the shoe purchase and overpriced socks) was emailed to me. They did the refund and I left without checking my email receipt and refund receipt (I'll never do that again!) Today I logged on to my account. My purchase was $93.57 they refunded me $77.89. I walked out with nothing but a terrible experience and was charged $15.68 for walking into the store. I will NEVER shop at this store again. I don't write reviews but this is insane. Poor customer service and charging me for nothing, just walking in.
