This location has been here since either 2017 or 2018. It is very new. Anyway, this banking institution is located in the shopping center across from Fed Ex, Massage Envy and Olive Garden. Police and Fire Credit Union across the street on Baltimore Pike is surrounded and in good company with Giant Supermarket, Mandee's, Panera Bread, and an eye glass store. I have an account here and I have been a customer since 2014. I joined when I was a Security Professional with Allied Universal. Because this location is new, the inside is beautiful and spacious! I like this location a lot. I would like to give a shout out to Amanda, the lady who I guess you call them member service representatives. Amanda is always friendly and always greets you with a warm smile. I also would like to give a warm shout out to Stephen Iaquinta, Branch Representative. Steve helped me when I had a question about my auto loan with Wells Fargo and I wanted to switch my loan over to Police and Fire. Also Steve is just a nice all around gentleman. Lastly, but not least, I would like to give a shout out to Henry Sancken. Henry assisted me when I had a question about my online banking and is always a funny, always upbeat person! I also patronize the location on City Avenue, but I prefer this location, because there is always a traffic jam on City Avenue and in City Avenue Shopping Center. The only time you can avoid this is early in the morning, when Police and Fire open, which is 8:30 AM. Well thats all Folks!! SEE YA!!!

    I went into the Springfield, PA branch on Baltimore Pike. I waited in line for a teller with 2…read moreother people. 1 before me and 1 after me. The person behind me was loudly complaining about how slow the service is and how bad of a service the branch gives consistently. This was my first time in this branch. Some employees came from the back to assist the teller. One guy attended to the lady in front of me and a lady (maybe assistant branch manager) assisted the guy behind me. After quickly resolving his issue she came to me and I explained that I just need to deposit a cashiers check into an account. She immediately start questioning my relationship to the person, said it was not possible and my request cannot be done!!! Since I had a lot to do and I saw that there was no reasoning with her, I left. I went to another branch the next morning and my check was deposited in 2min. No issues and great attitude. I have no idea why she was so unwilling to assist. Was it her bias, her unprofessional behavior, her lack of knowledge - I don't know!

They have yet to figure out how to transfer funds from a CHASE QUICK PAY a Bank to Bank Transaction (a ACH tranfer) Into your checking account, SOOOOOOOO. ... many excuses... BUT WITH TODAY'S ISSUE - again they continue with the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD Check this out..... I go into the bank with a WELLS FARGO CHECK made payable to me. I HAD a personal account with them. NOT ANY MORE ! BUT I DO HAVE A BUSINESS CHECKING account.. Not sure what she was doing on her side of the counter...but hands me back the check. She wanted my FINGER PRINT....I looked at her confused..the teller stated you don't have a personal account. Your right, I don't have one here ANYMORE! I asked what's that have to do with it? Once the check is cashed, I'm depositing a few hundred into that account told her. NO WE NEED YOUR FINGER PRINT ON THE CHECK. She seemed to say it loud. There were a some people in the bank. Hearing we need your "FINGER PRINT " gets looks, get stares...and gets you judged. I said (speaking a bit louder too, and to my defense) NO THAT'S NOT HAPPENING. This is a WELLS FARGO CHECK! I HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT here, THERE'S THE DEBIT CARD... WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?? I am the business, my NAME is on the DEBIT card....same name which appears on my Drivers License. This gets some of other tellers attention. She starts talking to them. Eventually she cashed the WELLS FARGO check. They have a terrible attitude, They are so rude, condescending. Unethical.... incompetent. There motto is more like: HOW CAN WE CHARGE YOU A FEE ?? HOW CAN WE SCREW WITH YOU TODAY ?? Instead of having a person stand at the door ---really ? You did not even greet me or hold the door. get busy, find out why your bank is UNABLE to transfer bank to bank?.. why you don't deposit the checks first?...before taking the charges.. ..........OH GUESSING THERE WOULD NOT BE A FEE CHARGED ?????.... Why are phone charges declined all the time? Why are accounts getting compromised? IT'S ALWAYS SOMETHING WITH WELLS FARGO... IF YOUR NOT A CUSTOMER HERE. STAY AWAY... .....SAVE YOURSELF the HEADACHES AND AGGRAVATION AND MOST OF ALL YOUR MONEY!!

    I wish you never have to deal with this CU in case of a fraudulent transaction on your card. It is…read moreworst experience I ever had with any financial institution. First you have to talk to Fraud department (5-10 minutes hold). Then this fraud department (where operator was not able speak normal English) sent me to customer support line where there are 3 options (all robots - lost card/activate card/reward points. Nothing about fraudulent transaction . Lost card option is an indefinite hold). The customer service number that shown on the site has another robot with another continuous hold this time with commercials instead of music. Then some rude lady asked me for a Trumark customer number. Ccould not they find it themselves from the number of the credit card?). She again put me on hold w/o letting me know what I am waiting for. After 5 minutes of hold she got back to me... Then nothing really gets reverted... NO! Trumark unlike other banks does not revert fraudulent charges right away. They keep it my account until some internal investigation is completed! 20-30 days. 20-30 days I am going to have a fraudulent charge on my account and who knows what is going to happen next. There is some paperwork I have to send them. A replacement card takes around 5-10 business days to arrive. Chase in the similar situation reverted a fraudulent charge right away and sent me a replacement card overnight. Lady on the phone from Trumark was very rude, like she is doing a favor talking to me. I am changing bank! Bye, Trumark! Could not afford wasting hours of my work time dealing with issue other banks resolve in few minutes in a respectful way.
