They've helped me when I needed help that was a tall ask and just today were completely engaged when I thought I spotted a bank error. So I figured I'd try my luck here as I'd heard they do card replacements on site. I arrived at about 4:30pm on a Wednesday, assuming they were likely open until 5. I discovered pretty quickly that they actually closed at 4. Well, I felt pretty silly. Was it a big deal that they were closed? No. Was I frustrated that they were closed? Yeah, after all, I'd have certainly taken care of this over the phone if I'd been able to get through. Was I kicking myself for not checking their hours? Of course. So I'm walking back to my car, silently fuming, as a young woman with a Citizens name tag on walks past me toward the building. "We're closed!" she exclaimed gleefully. "Yes, apparently." I said back to her. "Going home to our families." she said back, with a needlessly condescending and self-satisfied tone, to which I simply replied "Enjoy." Like, was any of that necessary? I was already walking back to my car, having found out they were closed. Like, it costs absolutely nothing to just not be a jerk, and yet this woman felt the need to do so. As a person who works in customer service, I get it, at the end of the day, I wanna go home too. But purposefully seeking out an excuse to be rude is just something else. Y'all really need to re-evaluate your work culture if this is the kind of mean-spiritedness it's producing.

I went back into the bank to ask if there was a maintenance person I could leave my contact info with for the next time the sewer was cleaned out, but instead I was told that there was a teller who could probably fish out my fob (a young man who had been working at the drive-through window)! I had to leave for an appointment, but I returned an hour later and was handed my key fob. EVERY employee present went above and beyond excellent customer service and courtesy. The young lady who had originally waited on me even looked up my phone number to call me to say they had retrieved the fob. Not only did the male teller get a broom handle and attach a hook to it, but the branch manager helped as well by then attaching a fork to it! I am really amazed and thankful how these people helped me with something that had nothing to do with their jobs. I really hope that Karma exists, because they will all have a lot of good things coming their way.

Paula took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, ensuring I fully understood everything we discussed. Her attention to detail and genuine care made me feel truly heard and valued as a customer. I must also take a moment to reflect on a previous interaction I had with Paula, which unfortunately led to a negative review. It's clear now that it must have been an off day for her, as today's experience was nothing short of exceptional. Paula's professionalism, warmth, and dedication today have completely changed my perspective, and I sincerely hope all her days are more like this one. Paula is an asset to Suneast Federal Credit Union, and I highly commend her for her outstanding service. Thank you, Paula, for going above and beyond--it's employees like you who make banking experiences truly positive.

I have an account here and I have been a customer since 2014. I joined when I was a Security Professional with Allied Universal. Because this location is new, the inside is beautiful and spacious! I like this location a lot. I would like to give a shout out to Amanda, the lady who I guess you call them member service representatives. Amanda is always friendly and always greets you with a warm smile. I also would like to give a warm shout out to Stephen Iaquinta, Branch Representative. Lastly, but not least, I would like to give a shout out to Henry Sancken. Henry assisted me when I had a question about my online banking and is always a funny, always upbeat person!
