Manager answered all of my questions via phone calls/emails and made sure I was happy with every step of the way! Made it so incredibly easy to work with them. Also, the quality of the T-Shirt is excellent. Fits according to sizes. Pricing is great and fair. Delivery came in a timely manner. I will be returning again to DG Print for the great pricing and amazing customer service! Thank you again!

We had a very last minute order but they were very nice about getting the shirts made in just a day. I worked with Helen and Grace. I'm updating my 5 star to a 2 star because we decided to use their service again as we were truly satisfied the first time around. Not so much the second time. Don't get me wrong the customer service is fine. They are always polite, efficient and respectable. The problem now is with the quality of the T-shirts. I had a very long email thread with Helen the designer about what we wanted. They were able to find the right font however when it came to the mock up, she kept missing the nail on the head. We decided to entrust in the processionals as we don't design and print t-shirts on a regular basis. I also kept asking for a T-shirt with a stretch but was quoted on just a basic Gilden T-shirt which has zero stretch. I was not told this until picking up the shirts and to my surprise the shirts were extremely stiff. Disappointed doesn't begin to describe how I feel about the T-shirt's we just had made. We had 50 T-shirt's made for around $500. I was told there was nothing they could do because the mock up was approved. The mock up I approved looked nothing like the T-shirt's and their answer to that was well you can't use a mock up to depict what the T-shirt will actually look like. Interesting. They also said because I was sick and they didn't get a response they quoted us on the cheapest T-shirt's but this is false. We were quoted before I got sick and then Helen was also away which is why the communication was lacking. I don't think we will be using their service again in the future. I believe accountability is important.

Thank you so much for the communication, professionalism and care you put into my experience. The…read moreshirts came out beautifully, and I will recommend The Kreative Print Shop to any and everyone.

I began doing business with the owner of Hazell Art back in late 2016 when I approached him to do a…read morerun of 100 tshirts with 4 different designs of my own creation so that I could launch my business. There were major delays but an order-quote was finally approved by me on February 2, 2017. I paid for the service in full. After more delays, I made an appointment to see the confirmed completed order of shirts. When I arrived, I was told by his assistant that there were only 2 designs completed, in which she showed me one each of the designs and one design was clearly botched. I left, tried to call the owner twice with no response. I decided at that point to consult a lawyer where I paid him to send a legal correspondance to Mr. Hazell. On April 5, 2017 I spoke with Mr. Hazell as to why my order was not fulfilled and I was given, in my opinion, unsatisfactory information. After ending the call with him, the lawyer contacted me and said that Mr. Hazell had called to confirm delivery of my order to his office. I contacted the law offices again on May 5, 2017 where the secretary contacted the owner to get further information as to why I hadn't gotten my shirts yet. He responded and she contacted me later on that day. His reason as to why it took an additional month was because the shirts returned as undeliverable.... The owner finally managed to bring my shirts to the law office the following week where I picked them up. I took them home and discovered errors such as color and some design issues. A major error in one of my shirt designs was it obvious that someone stretched the design to try fit the length of the shirt. My issue is: if you see that the design will not match how the proof is meant to look, why not either call or send an email to me and say that there is a noticeable problem. I have the original design and I can make an adjustment to fit the final product. But no, I didn't get that but instead what looks like a rush job to throw something together. I come from an illustration/design background and it is common to fix designs to fit product dimensions, but that takes necessary communication. I believe that the owner has serious problems with communication which are a detriment in running any type of business. If there are time contraints or design problems which are interfering with providing a service, communicate that. Not doing so destroys trust. And if a client can't trust you, why would they want to do business with you. My lawyer advised me not to pursue further business with the owner because if it took this long get my products, it would probably take twice as long to get either a refund or any errors corrected. So basically I have to write this experience off as a partial loss. In closing, I would suggest that anyone be very wary in dealing with this business.
