Great old place with the nicest people you could want to meet, hard-working, conscientious, competent. Like olden days. The owner said her fifteen year old son was already working with her. A very nice man in Napa recommended this shop, and I am so happy he did. The owner and two other mechanics took my car in FIRST THING!!! All of them were kind, caring, and compassionate. They talked to me about all the services they were performing, and even took the time to look the rest of my car over as well to make sure I wouldn't have any other issues. I was really stressed out and upset about making the rest of the drive with the issues I was having, and they really took care of me. I was offered water, and the owner even took the time to ask me if I had eaten breakfast. You won't get that level of compassion from anywhere else. On a Saturday morning we called these guys and they dropped everything to squeeze us in! On top of that we discovered that the back panel of our 5th wheel was hit by something and was pulled away from the camper. They offered to patch it back together for us so we could at least pull it home. The price was 1/2 of what we were quoted on brakes prior to finding them. Had truck towed to XIT Dodge where I first met Steven one of the shop guys. Steven spent the rest of his day working on trying to find out what the deal was with my truck after a few hours and it finally starting we went for a test drive and the truck decided it didn't want to shift gears so again Steven spent the rest of his day trying to figure out how it went from not starting to not shifting gears well after a few more hours of doing several diagnostic test and communicating with Nick the shop manager it was the valve body in the transmission. Now as far as this shop goes I can't begin to say enough great words about how professional Steven the shop mechanic and Nick the shop manager are these guys did everything in there will and Power to make the time go by so easy and mind you I was there for 2 days I mean great professional shop great Professional Service all of these mechanics there are very very well knowledgeable and know their stuff and will bend over backwards to not only get you in and out of there as fast as they possibly can but they do the job right. Also had the privilege and great opportunity to meet the lady that owns the shop very nice professional woman and again I can't even begin to say how grateful and thankful that I am to not only have the opportunity to be able to meet Nick and Steven but I always know that if this ever happens again that I have no doubt in my mind about taking it to the shop again I can't thank you guys enough for everything you guys are done for me and I have successfully made it home and the truck still runs and performs wonderful thank you again so much for everything you guys have done at the shop for me.
