I got stranded badly out in Dalhart on my way to Houston from Denver. My truck had severe death wobble and these guys made sure to take a look and do all that they could to help me get to where I was going. Had to make the safe decision of turning back for the time being, but they tightened up my steering box, tightened up my wheels to torque spec, and aligned my truck two or three times. Specifically shoutout to PARKER (Dalhart) and EDGAR (Texline location). These two are the MEN. If you can get your stuff aligned my Edgar in Texline you'd be in for a treat! What a great service !!!! We were driving from Denver to Dallas around 8pm on a Saturday night and so we stopped at the gas station "toot'n and totum" to pump gas & fill up a-tire that looked air-low but then exploded..We have asked the cashier lady if she knew any tire shop open & she replied call this guy & he will go out to fix it .The shop was already closed,but when we called him he didn't hesitated to open the shop after hours. Just wanted to say THANK YOU so much for your awesome customer service. I was traveling from Denver to Cleburne Texas to visit my family. I found myself with a tear on the stem valve that was causing a "not so slow" leak. When it became apparent that the tire would not hold air when I filled it up. I tried to swap to my spare, unfortunately.. new car and I didn't realize I only had a donut. That wouldn't have gotten me far. I started having trouble in the middle of the night, Saturday Night (Sunday Morning) and I had been waiting for AAA to find someone to tow me for HOURS. I was finally able to get a hold of Bob's Towing and he reached out to Heiser Tire's. Even though they were closed George/Jorge? was in the store in less than 5 minutes and had me back on the road in no time (and no flat!) ...(forgive me if I got your name wrong!) I cannot tell you how much I appreciated these gentleman. They were friendly, trustworthy, efficient and affordable. You guys are awesome and I would recommend you to anyone! read more

If you need anything other than used tires, go elsewhere. Service bays open but no interest in filling them. There are other businesses in town. You'll find they want your business. read more

Excellent fast service. They came to me when my tire valve got stuck in an air machine and then my tire went flat.

Called no less than three times explaining our tire emergency. Were assured each time to come on in they would be open until 5:30pm. Arrived at 5:05pm were very rudely told that they were closed. Explained to the cashier what we had been told, and asked to speak to the manager. Cashier steps into the work bay, returns and states she is the Asst Manager and the store is closed and she has the right to refuse service to whomever she chooses. Another gentleman steps through the door explaining he is trying to get to CO to be with a dying relative. Again the cashier/asst mgr rudely says we're closed. Seems to me if they were indeed closed they should have locked the door. If you need tires in the Dalhart area there are two other places that are professional, and will go the extra mile to ensure you are taken care of. AVOID this business. read more
