I was greeting by the service manager, told him what was going on, and he said, "We don't work on your brand". He then turned around, walked away and started pulling vehicles out of the shop and onto the lot. Each time he passed me I'd ask questions until I became such a bother that he pulled out his phone and asked someone else who could help me. If you don't drive a Chevy...stay away. Meanwhile, new fuel filters got me back on the road...but from someone whose wrenches work on ANY brand of vehicles.

A very nice man in Napa recommended this shop, and I am so happy he did. The owner and two other mechanics took my car in FIRST THING!!! All of them were kind, caring, and compassionate. They talked to me about all the services they were performing, and even took the time to look the rest of my car over as well to make sure I wouldn't have any other issues. I was really stressed out and upset about making the rest of the drive with the issues I was having, and they really took care of me. I was offered water, and the owner even took the time to ask me if I had eaten breakfast. You won't get that level of compassion from anywhere else. This company stepped up, went out and got them, their bus and their trailer and brought everyone to their shop, and repairs are underway right now. I believe someone said that all, or most, of the cost is being donated by Roadrunner. Thank you for helping and supporting a group so close to my heart.

These boys are amazing!! We were traveling from Arizona to Illinois when the brakes went out on our…read moretruck. We were pulling a 42ft 5th wheel and couldn't go on until brakes were fixed. On a Saturday morning we called these guys and they dropped everything to squeeze us in! On top of that we discovered that the back panel of our 5th wheel was hit by something and was pulled away from the camper. They offered to patch it back together for us so we could at least pull it home. The price was 1/2 of what we were quoted on brakes prior to finding them. Can't say enough about this great group of men! Lifesavers for sure!!

I got stranded badly out in Dalhart on my way to Houston from Denver. My truck had severe death…read morewobble and these guys made sure to take a look and do all that they could to help me get to where I was going. Had to make the safe decision of turning back for the time being, but they tightened up my steering box, tightened up my wheels to torque spec, and aligned my truck two or three times. Specifically shoutout to PARKER (Dalhart) and EDGAR (Texline location). These two are the MEN. If you can get your stuff aligned my Edgar in Texline you'd be in for a treat! We were driving from Denver to…read moreDallas around 8pm on a Saturday night and so we stopped at the gas station "toot'n and totum" to pump gas & fill up a-tire that looked air-low but then exploded..We have asked the cashier lady if she knew any tire shop open & she replied call this guy & he will go out to fix it .The shop was already closed,but when we called him he didn't hesitated to open the shop after hours.
