I was greeting by the service manager, told him what was going on, and he said, "We don't work on your brand". He then turned around, walked away and started pulling vehicles out of the shop and onto the lot. Each time he passed me I'd ask questions until I became such a bother that he pulled out his phone and asked someone else who could help me. If you don't drive a Chevy...stay away. After numerous calls to Robert, manager, Kwik Kar and owner Cary Corbin, I got no help, not even an apology. They said they were not responsible and offered no settlement. Only after I advised that I would begin to write reviews on the internet did they finally refer me to Valdimer at Sentury Tire USA in Hialeah, FL, the distributor. Valdimer called me back immediately on 10/13 but said I would have to talk with Hilton and that Hilton would call me back. After waiting 2 days I have left 4 messages w/ no call back from Hilton over a period of 7 days.

They close at 5:30, but took care of us at 6:00. The original tire was beyond repair, but they filled the spare, checked it for leaks, and mounted it for the princely sum of $17. Great old place with the nicest people you could want to meet, hard-working, conscientious, competent. Like olden days. The owner said her fifteen year old son was already working with her.
