They were incredibly helpful and brought me and my car safely to this repair shop. At that point, I was overwhelmed, scared, and honestly in tears. I had almost given up on continuing my trip.But the people at this repair shop were absolutely wonderful. They were not only professional, but genuinely kind, warm, and caring. They carefully checked my car, made sure the brakes and everything else were working properly, and reassured me that my car was safe and I could continue my trip. I especially want to mention the mechanic's wife. She was pregnant at the time and was so incredibly sweet, warm, and welcoming. Their kindness during such a stressful and emotional moment meant more to me than they probably realize. Because of these wonderful people, I was able to continue my Colorado trip and make some beautiful memories instead of having to turn around and go home. I will never forget how they helped me when I was at my lowest. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. People like you remind us that there is still so much kindness in the world. Had to make the safe decision of turning back for the time being, but they tightened up my steering box, tightened up my wheels to torque spec, and aligned my truck two or three times. On a Saturday morning we called these guys and they dropped everything to squeeze us in! On top of that we discovered that the back panel of our 5th wheel was hit by something and was pulled away from the camper.
