Had to make the safe decision of turning back for the time being, but they tightened up my steering box, tightened up my wheels to torque spec, and aligned my truck two or three times. Specifically shoutout to PARKER (Dalhart) and EDGAR (Texline location). These two are the MEN. If you can get your stuff aligned my Edgar in Texline you'd be in for a treat! We were driving from Denver to…read moreDallas around 8pm on a Saturday night and so we stopped at the gas station "toot'n and totum" to pump gas & fill up a-tire that looked air-low but then exploded..We have asked the cashier lady if she knew any tire shop open & she replied call this guy & he will go out to fix it .The shop was already closed,but when we called him he didn't hesitated to open the shop after hours. On a Saturday morning we called these guys and they dropped everything to squeeze us in! On top of that we discovered that the back panel of our 5th wheel was hit by something and was pulled away from the camper. They offered to patch it back together for us so we could at least pull it home. The price was 1/2 of what we were quoted on brakes prior to finding them. Can't say enough about this great group of men! Lifesavers for sure!!

Surprised they don't have more reviews; when we limped into town early Friday morning, there was a full house! Seems like everyone in Dalhart brings their car here. Like I said, packed house but they got our tires rotated and an alignment in a little under an hour without an appointment. Very prompt and kind service, clean restrooms, tvs and coffee. If you're in a jam in the middle of nowhere, bring your car to them, for sure!

Very unhappy with service and will be initiating a claim…read more I was never contacted by anyone once my vehicle was recovered. The only reason I knew where the police sent it (2 hours away) is because of my tracking device. But it's no wonder when they are charging daily rates. So when I finally was able to get an update from my tracker, locate my car (reported stolen) which took me 3 days, my bill was over 700.00! On top of this the two hour commute from Raton to Dalhart was HORRIBLE because there is NO public or private transportation readily available. Essentially we were left stranded in a town with like a hotel and two gas stations, and nothing close by within hours, no vehicle and somehow magically we were to get two hours away to their tow shop. Well we did and we updated them multiple times along the way and we arrived around 10pm only to find out they were closed until 8am! We had JUST confirmed they were meeting us! So in Dalhart you'll find it's a run down town with a crappy hotel or two which we were forced to stay at. Another $100. AND THEN....8am the next day THEY BILLED US FOR ANOTHER DAY! GREED! And likely bff with the police which is why they were given the job. Fail. You suck.
