The tires disintegrated 5days later after only 1530 miles of driving on October 4. The tires blew out on a bridge in Charleston,SC on Interstate 526. Extremely Dangerous! After numerous calls to Robert, manager, Kwik Kar and owner Cary Corbin, I got no help, not even an apology. They said they were not responsible and offered no settlement. Only after I advised that I would begin to write reviews on the internet did they finally refer me to Valdimer at Sentury Tire USA in Hialeah, FL, the distributor. Valdimer called me back immediately on 10/13 but said I would have to talk with Hilton and that Hilton would call me back. After waiting 2 days I have left 4 messages w/ no call back from Hilton over a period of 7 days.

Went there and got an oil change this morning. Afterwards my car was suddenly accelerating poorly…read moreon the way home (25 miles away). I got home and checked what the problem could be online. I learned that too much oil cause acceleration problems. So I checked my oil dip stick and it was more than a quart fuller than it should have been. I spent a significant amount of time trying to drain the right amount of oil out afterwards (a messy and imprecise task!). This incident has led to another engine issue that I'm trying to resolve too. I called them and explained the problem. They offered to help with repairs, but did not refund my oil change. Everyone makes mistakes, I understand that. What I don't understand is why I wasn't refunded the $74 for the oil change. So the point is this: It's possible to go there, get your oil changed, pay for it, and then spend the next part of your day fixing what you just paid for. This experience has inspired me to begin changing my own oil. My day would have been a lot better if I never went there.

On my ninth visit a young man working there brought in both my air filter and my cabin air filter and asked me if I wanted them changed. I told him I had just changed them not long ago and asked him what he thought. He said, "Well, they're dirty!" They didn't look that dirty to me, but I told him to change them assuming he knew more about it than I did being a woman who knew nothing about vehicles except how to pump gas. While he was changing them, I googled how often I should change both filters and it said 12,000 to 15,000 if you drive on dirt roads a lot or once a year if you don't. I don't and the car is rarely driven as I have a company car I drive to and from work. It was an extra $57 plus tax I paid for something I didn't need. My husband was furious that they took advantage of a woman. When I told the young man running the cash register that I shouldn't have done it because I looked it up and I didn't need them and if I remember right they were pretty pricey. He had no response except that my oil change today was $123.69. I handed him my Preferred Customer Card" and he gave it two punches instead of one and said I'll get $34.95 off my next visit. There won't be a next visit from my daughter, myself, or my husband and anyone else that asks me about there service.

I have been a customer here for many years since they opened. Each time I come the service quality…read moreis less and less and the customer service has really diminished. The owner doesn't smile. You're treated like they do not appreciate you choosing their business and they do not treat you good as a customer. Plus the owner lets the employees smoke in and around the cars, and every time we leave, my car smells like somebody has been smoking in it. I can't stand that, I'm gonna start driving to Amarillo just to get my oil changed. I hope a new oil change business opens up here soon. They need some competition. They forget that the customers are who keeps them open.
