When Dan arrived, I had a long list of things I needed him to repair and told him which ones were the priorities. He went about all of them quickly, moving from one to the next, informing me of various things I needed to know as he went. The main issue I called him for was that the hot water no longer worked in the shower. I researched the problem on my own and figured out it was the cartridge on an older Delta faucet. Other plumbers I called said it would take weeks for them to get to me and/or that the part I needed was no longer produced and I would likely need an entire overhaul of my shower plumbing. One even had me call a parts store on their behalf to see if they had the cartridge in stock! All of this I say so that you understand what a relief it was to call Dan and have him tell me that of course they still make the part and he already had some loaded on his truck. He came out on 7/3/14 when others were busy with their Fourth of July plans. On top of all that, he was able to repair my existing cartridge. What a stand-up guy. He even came back out that same night at no extra charge when I called him to make an adjustment, and I live quite a ways from Holly. Plus, they accept credit and debit and will e-mail you a summary of the work done with a receipt. Very helpful!

Staley's was not only able to come out the very next morning and do the job, they also had the best pricing of anyone I called. Unbelievable. Customer for life here.

Instead of quoting over the phone, they sent a Master Plumber(very nice man!) to our house to tell us it would cost $2,400! It is a $500.00 pump, 30inch well that's very easily accessible- so an easy job, not pleasant but easy. We felt they were taking advantage of people in a bad situation, so we said no and they charged us $75! They could of told us $2400 via phone. We called a competitor, 16 yrs experience Master Plumber, $1250 and I received the same pump-A Zoellar 264 series! If Blessing was using a 267 series its a $40 upgrade, that's not making up $1200! they did refund our $75 after my wife left a review they solicited. Again, the plumber was spectacular, professional and polite but the company pricing is for the birds!

Since my furnace is 27 years old, it took a minute to track down the part. Unfortunately, the initial repair didn't fully resolve the issue, and it was determined that i might need a new furnace--which, of course, wasn't great news. However, later the same day, Don reached out because he wanted to double-check one more thing. He returned the next day tried another solution, and it worked! Thanks to his persistence, I don't need a new furnace after all. Not many companies would go that extra mile to make sure a major replacement is truly necessary. I really appreciate his honesty and dedication. Don and Joe were both polite, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with heating or cooling issues. If i could give a 10 star rating, I would.
