Often, the information I forgot to bring is sitting in my email but I cannot access the Internet on my iPad or iPhone due to no service. Don has done my friends taxes for years. He has been doing my very complicated taxes now for three years. He is far superior to any other tax preparer I have used. He is very skilled and very accurate. He also gives you a heads up if some practice you have (like claiming high donations without sufficient receipts, oddball mileage, etc.) could draw attention of the IRS for an audit. He is honest and emphasizes that if an item is genuine, by all means claim it. With the same income I get better income tax returns with him, even though he charges less than my former tax people.
