I reached out to Vincent in early-mid April to inquire about Cantonese speaking tax filing services for my aging parents. Vincent was incredibly responsive. I first contacted him in the evening around 9pm and was getting an immediate reply. The website contact hours of email support 24/7 were spot on. He was very professional and easy to communicate with. He asked me a couple basic questions to assess my needs and to be able to provide me a quote. (Currently he is only taking virtual appointments.) I had my mother reach out to Vincent directly via phone call. At first she reached the voicemail box but didn't leave a message. But Vincent took the time to return her call and explain to her how a virtual tax filing would work. She told me later he sounded very nice and even offered to make an exception to the virtual interface (an in-person appointment) for her since the older generation feels very strongly about meeting face to face.
