They were both the existing door and set it in the garage so we could reuse it in another part of the house. The covered all the floor surfaces before they started. They swept up several times while doing the installation. So they didn't track anything. They took the extra time to paint the metal brick support installed in 1993 over the door frame to match the rest of the door. Not part of the project but definitely brought the entire entry together. They also respond well to Home bake cookies. we have been looking at steel doors for years. Well, they're more than wooden doors. The quality and strength and durability is so much better. These steel doors cost about 50% more than a high-quality wood door. Each door weighs 125 pounds plus the glass door insert. The one piece metal frame weighs even more. I love the way there is no door knob. Just push.

I had windows and screens installed Oct 23rd-Oct 24, 2025. I informed Sedrick Augustus, Regional…read moreMgr, that there is an issue with the install, the screens are not made correctly. He had referred me to customer service. Customer service quickly informed me that the screens were not covered under warranty. My complaint is I never received a product of basic quality. They emailed me a request to replace. I did not receive replacement until Nov 20th. The installer came and tried to correct the situation but it was the same issue, poorly fit and extremely flimsy frame. Pictures were again provided and report was being submitted to company. Again, I did tell them this is not acceptable on any level, especially on a $15,000 job, 15 windows TWELVE screens and not on the minimal level acceptable. The product is subpar. The screens were presented as part of the whole process and was included and praised as part of the package. They will be sending another of the same screens, so this will be the 3rd set of crappy screens. If you can't stand 100% behind your product you shouldn't be presenting it or making it appear as a great package deal. At present, regretting dealing with this company.

The guys were very nice, hard workers and very accommodating, friendly and courteous, They even worked in the rain, in order to get them in ASAP! . The house looks sooo much better! Also, they hauled away all the broken and non usable materials from the demoed ones! Great job! You guys! Wish I could remember your names!
