DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I purchased windows that I was told had a warranty. 5 weeks after the install one of my inner windows developed a crack at the frame. The window was behind an entertainment center and it was impossible for anything to cause it to crack. I called, and was told they would order me a new window. Then, I was told that it had come in but that they would wait to install it until they had someone in the area. That's been 7 months ago and they refuse to return my calls. I have called and texted every contact that I have and they have ghosted me. Apparently they are notorious for not providing service after the sale. This is the absolute worst way to do business and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. read more

Had our house done by HB, (and Glen & Jerry), 4 years ago, in a nautical blue with custom wood shutters, and it's the best looking house on our block, imo. We get compliments on it all the time, and even honks from passing neighbors when it was first completed. What made me write this review, however, was the service AFTER the sale. Wal-Mart delivery person knocked 2 holes in the siding, and people said "no one will fix small defects like that, as "they're only in it for the BIG jobs, and don't care about penny-ante service calls after it's done." Well, "they" were wrong. My house is like new again, and I don't have to think about the clumsy delivery kid anymore, when coming home and walking through the front door. I bought $14,00 worth of windows and the installation men were good. The biggest problem is the owner and his sons. I went ahead and bought a garden shed from them (another $8,000). That is when the problem started, since I am an above knee amputation person, I wanted certain items with my shed. The biggest item was I needed a ramp, for my lawn mower. Kim the son knew I wanted a ramp but he refused to put it down on the paperwork. Every time I called either the office or their answering service there was no call back. Basically, Kim GHOSTED me. I could not get ahold of him. When I finally got a hold of him, he admitted that we talked about the ramp and he didn't put it on the paperwork. Kim basically blew me off. He didn't care no more because he is getting paid from Graceland for me buying the shed. I contacted Graceland who builds the shed (888-472-2304). They told me that they they had to build the ramp with the shed, because they had to change the threshold to have the ramp put there. So basically Hanke Bros only likes to have the money and don't care about their customers. I am spitting nails because they won't 1) call me back-I have issues 2) Kim knew he screwed up, he will not fix it or help me to get the ramp I needed. Even if he tells me I had to pay the extra $300 for the ramp. 3) I still don't have the shed that was supposed to be deliversd on 8/29/2023, still refuses to contact me Overall, I am so disappointed in myself that I should have not trusted them like I did. Now, when the shed is delivered I have to pay another $1500-$2000 for having a ramp built, by another contractor. Be careful when dealing with Hanke bros. Stay away from these crooks. We spent over 12,000.00 for doors and windows with the so called life time transferable warranty. A couple years later we had an issue with the doors leaking and ruined our hardwoods. We called and they told us those warranties were no longer being honored. I went to the old location off the Hwy towards Hot Springs. When I walked in they had this huge 6' 5" bouncer looking guy hover over me and try intimidate me. These guys a cons and crooks. They will try and spin it and make them look like they did nothing wrong. Don't fall for it. We lost money dealing with these cons. They do good work but the service after the sale is a joke. Don't fall for their promise of a lifetime warranty. They'll weasel their way out of that also. read more

Was pleased with the outcome of the siding and windows work, was done in 2007 have lifetime warranty on windows! Apparently the gas leaked out the windows and they spotting up on the inside , tried several times to get in touch with somebody at hanke brothers they will not call me back. From what I read apparently my warranty is no good since they went out of business or filed bankruptcy. But on a commercial they say serving Arkansas for over 40 years read more

When i bought my windows they were supposed to have a lifetime warranty. I contacted them about 2 years ago because there is mildew in between the panes. The lady italked was nice but they never returned my calls. I thought they were and honest company, with integrety but i gues i was wrong. John Rice read more

Don't trust the Hanke Brothers name, Hanke Brothers and Sons, Hanke Brothers and grandsons, whatever they decide to change it to in the next couple of years after filing for bankruptcy. Never trust their warranties especially their signitures because neither are worth squat once they've come and gone. read more

This is an update from my previous posts, yes posts, multiple times I tried to get Hanke to honor their 'Lifetime Warranty' on the windows we bought from them. We had two windows that lost their 'seal' and were frosted and had moisture. They ignored us for the most part. I did get one reply from Kim that called me a liar but other than that I never heard back from them. I found out the manufacturer of our windows no longer does business with them. Something about poor business practices. Anyway the manufacturer recommended Wilson's Home Improvement to resolve our problem. I contacted Wilson's and within a matter of weeks we got our replacement windows free from the manufacturer! Why Hanke couldn't be bothered to honor their warranty I do not know but I know I'll steer everyone I know to Wilson's. They care about their customers and even folks that didn't buy from them just to help solve a problem. Buyer beware! read more

The best outfit in Arkansas. Tight work, friendly workers and very fair price! I had Hanke do my siding and windows on several of my buildings and will always use them for all my hoke improvement needs. Very reputable company. read more
