I let the dr know that I would be having a surgery and didn't want to buy anything to expensive till after the surgery because I will have met my co-pays and deductible (he was recommending very expensive inserts). He sent me with a night splint and a heal cushion that were to large. No sure how he didn't know the items would be to big as he had my feet in his hands. When I called the next day to let them know they were big and they called me back to say they are the smallest that they carry. I tried to use them a couple times but they were just to big. A few weeks later I got a bill for over $300 for the orthopedic things. I was floored. I looked online and the same things on amazon for less the $60 for both and came in a small size. Needless to say I would never recommend this place to anyone!

Was very disappointed when I was being treated at the Falls Ave clinic in Twin Falls. Therapist would not listen to my concerns and tried to treat what he thought was right and left every session hurting worse than when I went in. I finally was transferred to Filer clinic where they listened and I started feeling better. However, VA only does so many authorized visits. My visits ran out and was not doing better. The clinic sends reports to the VA for authorizations for more visits which they usually approve. After a month I reached out to the VA and was informed that they had not received any such request. Now 4 months later still no answers to help me improve. I feel like I was black listed from treatment with this experience.
